Back in the day you were either a Smith's head or a Gibneys head(I was a loyal Smyths patron), you we're loyal to one or the other. They did the national anthem at a certain time and everyone would stand proudly. Back to the rauciousness when it was over!. Macaris was great for the sausage in batter and chips. And even the curry chips. Then it was usually a the last bus home. The ballers would go to tamangos if they were lucky to get a taxi in the days before deregulation of taxis.

Thanks Keith for the walk around Beautiful Malahide. A town I love going to especially in the good weather. The place is buzzing them times. I live 20 minutes drive from it. In Rush. At peak times the traffic is bedlam getting into the town from swords direction
Keith you wouldn't believe how many estates are going up here. And the same road we had 50 odd years ago. But otherwise it sure is nice with lovely beaches
Really enjoyed this keith and the Christmas lights were spectacular plus i also agree cbout tourists going to somevof these places rather than temple rip off bar ,cheers agsin and if you don't have another video out safe flight Fri

Rush is a lovely little town. It's getting busy out there now.
