I love my frame drum and I love dancing!!! I have been working on a FCBD Style Movement Dialect with the Frame Drum for quite some time, and finally I feel confident to share my first video, on this Harvest Full Moon!
I am dancing to my favorite song by Layne Redmond, "Hynm to the Muse". The lyrics have been written and notated by Mesomedes of Crete, 2nd c. CE.
