Waqar Younas once again in PCB? WHY???

To the PCB Management:
The decision to reappoint Waqar Younis in the PCB is highly questionable. Waqar Younis has been given multiple coaching opportunities in the past, but despite this, there has been no significant improvement in Pakistan cricket. Instead of repeatedly giving chances to the same individuals, we need to introduce new and younger faces who are well-versed in modern cricket dynamics.
A young coach with fresh ideas can elevate Pakistan cricket to new heights. Continuously appointing the same person not only shakes the confidence of cricket enthusiasts but also negatively impacts the players' performance.
The PCB should reconsider this decision and provide an opportunity to a new and dynamic coach, who can bring Pakistani cricket up to global standards. At this point, we need individuals who are familiar with modern techniques, strategies, and the science of the game, and who can work positively with the players.
Therefore, the PCB management should immediately review this decision and strive to bring in a young face. This move will be in the best interest of Pakistan cricket.
پاکستان کرکٹ بورڈ (پی سی بی) کی انتظامیہ سے:
وقار یونس کو دوبارہ پی سی بی میں تعینات کرنا ایک غیر معقول فیصلہ ہے۔ یہ قابل غور ہے کہ وقار یونس کو پہلے بھی کئی بار کوچنگ کے مواقع مل چکے ہیں، لیکن پاکستان کرکٹ میں کوئی خاص بہتری نظر نہیں آئی۔ بار بار انہی پرانے چہروں کو مواقع دینے کے بجائے، ہمیں نئے اور نوجوان چہروں کو سامنے لانا چاہیے جو جدید کرکٹ کے تقاضوں سے بخوبی واقف ہوں۔
نئی اور تازہ سوچ کے ساتھ ایک نوجوان کوچ پاکستان کرکٹ کو نئی بلندیوں تک پہنچا سکتا ہے۔ بار بار ایک ہی شخص کو تعینات کرنا نہ صرف کرکٹ کے شائقین کے اعتماد کو متزلزل کرتا ہے بلکہ کھلاڑیوں کی کارکردگی پر بھی منفی اثر ڈالتا ہے۔
پی سی بی کو چاہئے کہ وہ اس فیصلے پر نظر ثانی کرے اور کسی نئے اور متحرک کوچ کو موقع دے تاکہ پاکستانی کرکٹ کو عالمی معیار پر لے جایا جا سکے۔ اس وقت ہمیں ایسے افراد کی ضرورت ہے جو جدید تکنیک، حکمت عملی اور کھیل کی سائنس سے واقف ہوں اور کھلاڑیوں کے ساتھ مثبت انداز میں کام کر سکیں۔
لہذا، پی سی بی انتظامیہ کو فوری طور پر اس فیصلے پر غور کرنے اور نوجوان چہرے کو لانے کی کوشش کرنی چاہئے۔ یہ فیصلہ پاکستان کرکٹ کے بہترین مفاد میں ہوگا۔
