Charles (Charlie) Gillespie (Dieppe, August 26, 19981) is a Canadian actor, model and musician. He is known for playing Luke on the Netflix series Julie and The Phantoms and also for his roles in the series Charmed and the films Runt and Speed Kills.Charlie was born and raised in Dieppe, New Brunswick, Canada. He is fluent in English and French as they are the official languages of his state.
Gillespie has three older brothers and a younger sister. All were encouraged by their mother to play instruments as children. Charlie always played acoustic guitar and began playing electric guitar for his role in Julie and the Phantoms. 3
After finishing high school early, Gillespie moved to Toronto and later Los Angeles to become an actor.
Career
In 2020, Charlie Gillespie gained fame after starring in the Netflix musical series Julie and the Phantoms, in which he played Luke. On the series, Gillespie sings, plays guitar, and wrote the song 'Perfect Harmony' with his co-star Madison Reyes. The song is part of the official soundtrack of series 4 - Zábava
