Hey Jamie, you know I was debating on responding to this or not over the months, I decided too. That person is actually a top seller in the Beverly Hills market and has done quite well for being of a young age at that time. Maybe instead of disrespecting someone you should be grateful that they are making something of themselves instead of putting them down. Appreciate your comment.

Was it noisy in the garden from the road?
It was not! The road is not very busy in this area. About .5 miles down the same road is the heart of Beverly Hills, but in this area it is pretty residential! Sorry for the late response just now seeing this.
