Alex Faust used to be the Kings announcer and watching hockey has been so much better since he left. He called a version of the game that wasn’t based on actual ice play. Wrong players, wrong action, etc. he spent an entire game simultaneously talking about Getzlaf being out of the lineup and also phantom calling Getzlaf into plays on the ice.

To be fair, the call misled them. The call on Wdmonton should have been for holding the stick, which Kane clearly did, not roughing.
