He wants to battle until the opponent is exhausted or until an opponent plays a great shot, at which point he delivers an impossible one. He's like Goku, he will do everything to make it a fair fight. He doesn't like an unfair advantage, he wants to face opponents at their very best. If they don't play their best he just makes light work of them. The definition of a warrior and why he is one of the, if not the greatest champion in any sport...not just tennis. #AbsoluteLegend
Kamal Hussain you are right man. he is. i always say rafa may not be the best of all time but he is the greatest of all time. greatness comes from his soul, something that cannot be learned, he is the most ruthless competitor in sports history and his eleven roland garros titles is the single greatest achievement in sports history. his mental strentgh is a mystery to me, somehow he plays his best under the most pressure and most importantly he never gives up. something that separates him from all the others, a true gladiator.

Secondly - Rogers injuries have been nothing in comparison to Rafa ...mental strength is the only slight fragility that he's got which could have won him way more title than those 20 currently! Some people are just unlucky. Rafa has had the knee issues since he was a child. Had nothing to do with his play style.

Only sporting events I ever cried at was sea the stars winning Arc de triomphe , tiger woods winning masters , Ronnie O'Sullivan winning world title at 46 in snooker, katie Taylor winning gold medal at Olympics . I knew I witnessed greatness all those times. Nadal every time he plays I can't let go of this man, when he retires its going to be like a death in my family he is my favourite athelete of all time, never thought I'd put anyone a head of katie or tiger woods but Rafael my number one for 13 years.

While Djokovic, Nadal and others beat him a lot of times, Federer will remain the greatest, since he defeated rly insane players like Sampras, Agassi etc. in his younger years. His Grand Slam record and just the fact that he is in the sport for such a long time and still manages to win titles makes him the absolute legend.
There are many great players who have played this beautiful sport and has the better out of them but loosing at times has made them so frastrated that they broke their tennis racket even Roger has done that but this legend has always been an example in the court by being humble and respectful to his opponents in with s as well as lost...I really look upto this great person as an inspiration.
He's such an athlete,a fighter till the end.The one who runs as if it's his last day on court,my favourite athlete.
He is a rare individual who would've excelled at the same level in any career he chooses - sports or others.
