Egg processing in the US removes the cuticle, a protective coating on the egg, which makes it more prone to infection from salmonella. That's why eggs in the US are legally required to keep refrigerated.
That's interesting to learn. I wonder how (and why) American egg producers do that.
Now I'm gonna have to spend some browsing time in finding out.

Hey! Great video you guys! I didn’t remember ya’ll telling me you had a channel. Great content too! I can’t wait to check out more of it. Hua Hin is on my bucket list also. Right now I’m out here close to Laos. I’ll start the long ride back to Jomtien in a day or 3. I’m definitely going to need a big touring bike for the future trips. Keep those videos coming!

@@lindsayandtrevor the bike broke down in Chaiyaphum. Just a broken battery cable. I’m still up close to Laos. Enjoying my stay with a great Thai family and taking video. Y’all come check out Jomtien in February. They have the Burapa bike show in Pattaya. I’ll be going back there to do another video this year

Chatchai night market is every night, not weekends. Also you prounounced the green bus name wrong. But most foreigners call it “The baht bus” instead of song thaew (song tao) the yellow looking vegetable that you did not know is banana blossom (or banana heart)

@@topgammar3763 artichokes would be way too costly in Thailand to be served at a food stall. I saw a small artichoke from New Zealand at the farang supermarket and it cost 300 baht ($ 8.75 USD)!

If you don't know, you don't know and some of your thai pronunciations had me laughing. When I'm in Bangkok taking the BTS, I still screw up with some of the Thai bts stop names and get a look from the thais. Once corrected, I don't forget.
