Thanks Jimmy for the view of your playing the tune. Do you find the spirit flute is very sensitive about over blowing notes as compared to the traditional Condor D ? I know the spirit is more expressive just due to the way the fipple is made. Very nice. Just curious did you do any sound effects on this playing that you recorded?
from high spirits i have only this condor bass flute, so i dont know.. but yes i think sometimes that is sensitive to overblowing the notes. In this one i use a little bit of reverb
Brian...its a really easy instrument to play.....just blow and play by the heart...you will get great tunes straight from your head.... Am new myself to the native american flute...and I love it so much...good luck.
It's nice but there are too many pops in there. Embellishments are good but when you put too many in there it become annoying. Je my preference I guess.

generally this flute (bass flutes) dont do that so often, i think it depends on the weather, if its dry and warm you have no problem.
