Kiwi ears makes banger iems in most price ranges. As for the fit of the cadenza, you need different tips. They have a wider nozzle than most other iems. Spinfits will help with them "pushing" out of your ear.

What other uses can any be used for.
Some people purchase IEMs just to listen to music in general. But they’re mostly intended for musicians preforming live.
is your mic polarity inverted? it sounds weird.
I had an issue with my main mic and had to use the audio from my backup. Didn’t want to but didn’t want to so the video over again. My backup was sitting much lower and does sound a bit weird
I paid about 80 for my Amazon IEMs. They sound pretty good but they tend to come loose in my ears. I can't remember the name at the moment.
