Consciousness always makes an impact in your life. The question is, do you have access to consciousness?
Consciousness is not because you are doing something, it is just because you have allowed it to happen. Your life is also going on but you are not doing anything. What we call consciousness is the basis of your life and existence. This is not something that you can do at a particular time or at a particular time. Consciousness is there even when you are in this body or without a body. The only question is whether it is available to you or not? You are always available for consciousness, you cannot avoid it, but is it available to you?
