    Nice video👍 do you have any tips for edging tight curves? I always have trouble getting a clean smooth finish as edger digs in on such a step angle to get around the corner. Are there shorter edges for this?

    If you want to build a strong grip - I hang off a chin up bar for a couple of minutes, and then move up to hanging one arm at a time - 5 minutes of sets a day will build an iron grip.

    I guess there's no need for expansion joints in a climate with no freezes? You would never see a concrete driveway looking like this in most of the US.

    Just a tip I would be using sticky back between the 2 slabs also helps for expansion 🤙🏼

    The 109 trowel is the good one especially when the Crete going off and why do you Queenslander's west thongs when finishing concrete

    • @concreteninja

      Umberto Galasso Because it is very hot in Bundaberg Queensland . Only can wear them when you are finishing concrete 👍

    Do you guys ever use fiberglass floats, and if so, can u explain why I never see anyone using them

    • @concreteninja
      @concreteninja Před 5 lety

      Lee Pino i’ve never use them on concrete and probably why no one uses them is because they would wear out very quick . And it will cost you a lot of money to buy tools all the time 🤔👍

    • @leepino9443
      @leepino9443 Před 5 lety

      Concrete ninja I’ve been doin concrete here in the states for about 8 years for a small company. Fiberglass is all my boss likes to use and they hold up purty well. They actually work real good especially when it’s stiff. I’ve had one of mine for the past 3 years and it’s holdin up good. I never see anyone online using them and started to wonder why or if there was a reason for that
