Many a breath was held, until the boys started dancing. A beautiful job done and so nice of Tosh to get a hair cut for the final couple of days.

Great final episode Richard & well worth all the effort, it's great to see the friendship that you and Tosh have going now, it looks great & sounds great too, I wonder how long before Mrs Tosh says it's too loud, lol, made me chuckle to myself when you said Skeggy Cruiser whilst testing the Zorst, lol, RSM8.
She did think it was loud because she could hear it in the house with all the doors shut. Oops! :-D

There's going to be silver highlights, then some decals. They may be original or slightly modified. Not sure yet.

I bought a brand new one R reg banana yellow and silver .
Put flat bars on small mirrors and indicators changed the exhaust air box and gear box ratio , they wheelie " for England "
Then I sold it ( bloody fool !)

Excellent, sad it's come to an end though, just 1 thing where was the oil leaking from?
Just needed a tweak on the filter cover bit.
I don't know about the exhaust like but sounds like a wasp 😂 but bike looks great ye done fantastic job well done 👍
It's hard to get the sound over on CZcams but it does sound nice.

Good job overall, what was tosh listening for with the stethoscope? Also what was the cause for the oil leak?
There was a rattle when he first bought the bike. Wasn't sure if it was an engine problem, tensioner or that the exhaust was broken. We think it was that the bike was low on oil but the sound has gone since it's been serviced and an exhaust fitted.
I'm curious on how to adapt a center stand to my TDM 850 1998.... Any idea? Any video? Thanks in advance.
To be honest I would just buy one for the machine. There are a couple around. I wouldn't trust my welding skills 😁

She actually ended up with another bike so Tosh kept it. He's considering making it into a moto gymkhana bike now. Quite the change! :-D
What a bad job, got to be as bad as it gets. I have never seen you lot do such a bad job in my whole life....... Oh......Wait...... that was the other vid i just watched ;-).... Really a good job by both of you and good on Doc-Tosh for helping you. I will miss my TDM Tuesdays now. :-(

I rebuild my own tdm 850 but i have a problem.. the tachimeter dosent show speed ...do you know what the problem is and how to fix it? thankd
Could be a few things. Speed sensor dirty or faulty or wiring?

It's on the front wheel on the left side IIRC.

I only had two weeks to get all the panels prepped sanded base coated and mid coated and top coated and wet sanded and polished so there was no time for a camera..sorry
