    Great final episode Richard & well worth all the effort, it's great to see the friendship that you and Tosh have going now, it looks great & sounds great too, I wonder how long before Mrs Tosh says it's too loud, lol, made me chuckle to myself when you said Skeggy Cruiser whilst testing the Zorst, lol, RSM8.

      +CalmBiker Thanks for the reply Calm Biker. I have always fancied a Tdm 850. I currently own a BMW F650cs. It is a strange old beasty.
      I have had over 20 bikes in the last 17 years :-)

    Bloody hell calm that locktite 243 ain't tomato sauce mate, a little goes a long way. LOL
    Tosh really needs to do a vlog on his spraying skills, that paintwork looks ace, I've always loved candy red over metallic
    Are you putting the original decals on top or are you leaving it blank?
    Well done boys, I've really enjoyed the series, hopefully you'll do another project in the future

    I bought a brand new one R reg banana yellow and silver .
    Put flat bars on small mirrors and indicators changed the exhaust air box and gear box ratio , they wheelie " for England "
    Then I sold it ( bloody fool !)
    Nice job you've done though

      Have u any ideas old xj 600 diversion ? Coil problem 2and3 pipe to exhaust staying Just warm and running rough...any ideas....

    Good job overall, what was tosh listening for with the stethoscope? Also what was the cause for the oil leak?

      There was a rattle when he first bought the bike. Wasn't sure if it was an engine problem, tensioner or that the exhaust was broken. We think it was that the bike was low on oil but the sound has gone since it's been serviced and an exhaust fitted.

      To be honest I would just buy one for the machine. There are a couple around. I wouldn't trust my welding skills 😁

      She actually ended up with another bike so Tosh kept it. He's considering making it into a moto gymkhana bike now. Quite the change! :-D

    I rebuild my own tdm 850 but i have a problem.. the tachimeter dosent show speed ...do you know what the problem is and how to fix it? thankd

      Could be a few things. Speed sensor dirty or faulty or wiring?

      I only had two weeks to get all the panels prepped sanded base coated and mid coated and top coated and wet sanded and polished so there was no time for a camera..sorry
