PHASE 3 | Live Hard (The 1 Year Personal Development Plan)

  • Phase 3 is DONE and this one was by far the most challenging, but at the same time, the most rewarding. It was the best way to cap off the entire year of the Live Hard Program.
    Live Hard, but specifically Phase 3, completely shifted entire my way of thinking and I have no doubt, if you want to try it, it will do the same for you.
    In this video, I am going to break down phase 3 of Live Hard, talk about the challenges, the successes, what caught me by surprise, and how the Live Hard program has influenced my life in the long term. Here are the details of Phase 3 of Live Hard.
    First, you must start Phase 3, 30 days prior to your 1 year anniversary of starting 75 Hard so you will have completed the entire program in 365 days.
    Then,
    Phase 3 is, performing the following for each day:
    -All of the aspects of 75 Hard - PLUS
    -a daily 5:00 cold shower
    -8 Critical Power List Tasks, which is 3 Additional critical tasks on top of your original 75 Hard Requirements
    -10 minutes of visualization
    -perform a random a act of kindness
    -a daily conversation with a stranger

    On Day 2 Nick. Great comment on not focusing on your point A to B. Forces you to be super aware of people around you to assist or strike up that convo (without being weird)
    Been a challenge but grinding through!

    Nice!! So many jewels in this video!! I need to check out that nlp. Wife just bought me atomic habits by James clear.
    Cold showed are dope! And add a bunch of benefits!! For cold showers I'll gradually turn the water temp down from warm/ hot water untill its cold. That way my body adjust to the temp

    Do we need to restart 75 hard after completing phase 2. I mean what is the drill if we finish phase 2 before 11 months.

      You move into phase 3. This starts 30 days prior to your 75 hard start date anniversary. I have a video on my channel about phase 3 that can give you more insight on wrapping up the live hard program with this final phase.

Let me rephrase the question... we can only start the phase three after 11 months (ie 30 days before the anniversary)...what if someone completes the phase 2 in 6 or 9 months(75 days +30 (phase 1) + 30 (break) +30 (phase 2))) from 75 hard start date. So in between 9th and 11 th month there are 60 days... Is it rest period ?
