I absolutely love how you described how it felt when Jesus delivered you! When Jesus delivered me August 8, 2019 it felt like light bursting inside me trying to get out!! I too was delivered from cigarettes, marijuana, alcohol, sexual sins, antidepressants, prescription sleeping pills and much more!! I also came to Jesus through listening to sermons ( mostly David Wilkerson ) on CZcams!! Thank you so much for sharing your testimony and sharing Jesus with the children at your school!! Praise God. My brother was a homosexual for well over 40 years. When God called me I went after my brother. Sadly my father had horribly molested him as a kid on a continual basis. When I went to him he said. God made me this way. I asked him this one important question. Did God make you that way or did our father make you that way? He felt so convicted after that question. He came away from it and wrote a book called. From Gay to God. It was published about 12 years ago. He is walking with God still to this day.

@@ciggystardust99 Do you know alot of homosexuals? Everyone has an origin for their behavior. Many may have not been molested but they were influenced in some way shape or form. For instance. I dated a woman who's son was gay and dressed like a girl. She was so upset. I asked how did he become gay. She said she didn't know. But a few weeks later I opened up a drawer in her room to get something and here is a picture of a 1year old boy with a wig on and a pamper. I asked her who that was in the picture. She replied. It's my son. Then she eluded to tell me that she always wanted a girl. So she would dress him up like a little girl and put a wig on him. Influenced by his mother. Now the boy is 18. Prostituting himself on the streets and has aids. Influenced. If you take a baby out to the wilderness and leave him with wolves to be raised. Does that child think and act as a wolf? Of course he will. Influence
@@johnjohn-ky3hu I actually do currently know several gay people of various ages and backgrounds, and none of them that I know of have a childhood like the one that you described. Some of them were even disowned by their church or their family for being gay. I live in a rural area in midwest Illinois. Believe me, nobody here is putting their little boys in dresses. Boys here are raised to be boys. And yet somehow, gay men are still quite plentiful here.
It's almost as if one's sexual orientation isn't determined by their environment or something.
As a ex homosexual trans and atheist, this made me cry big time and I was not prepared for it.

@@lionoffireministries I don't know, I wouldn't say yes because I think it's a thing that might be pretty obvious. I heard the gospel in 2020, I believed then Jesus died for my sins and three days later He was resurrected from the dead. I believe that with my whole body and mind. But I don't live like Him, I live in sin and are not pure. There is much debate about salvation I've noticed.
I've been delivered from some demonic oppression by a female pastor but after that it became worse than before. She also postponed my baptism that I wanted to do directly after I heard the Gospel through Derek Prince videos.
Look to Christ! His grace can empower you to live a life for him. Day by day growth in Christ.

Literally same! Identified as a gay man for +17 years, got deliverance from demonic oppression, and instantly became a born again Christian, got saved by Christ, and all my addictions were gone including romantic desires for men and lust for men. However, I totally resonate with this guy! despite I don’t identify as a “gay man”, I do go through temptations and pray 🙏🏽 I declare celibacy and being a disciple of Jesus. To be honest though I feel like no matter a person’s sexuality, if one truly strives to live a Christ filled life celibacy is almost necessary.
This "ex-gay" man was a response to a gay Christian man who refuted this CZcams content creator who he blocked. Red flag.
How is living the rest of your life celibate with no one to love a fulfilling life? Celibacy or lying to everyone and marrying a woman are the only two options I see.

Also, no gay man ever says they identify as a gay man. They simply say that they are gay. Sexuality isn't an identification. It's an integral part of who someone is. Just as a blue-eyed person wouldn't say they identify as a blue-eyed person, it's absolutely absurd to think anyone would say they identify as their sexuality.
I was baptized and saved last year, and have never been the same. Jesus will forgive you, if you seek him, humble yourselves and repent. For the Lord of Lord, King of Kings is coming soon! I pray for all the lost souls to open their eyes! 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

The description of homosexuality as a lifestyle is a blatant oversimplification of human sexuality in general and homosexuality in particular. The purpose of this indoctrination of the collective societal psyche is paramount to both the formation and maintenence of the self validating delusion of heterosexuality possessing moral validity. The reason that we never hear the term " heterosexual lifestyle " is because there is no need to categorize heterosexuality with such descriptively inherent connotative oversimplification in order to subconsciously justify contempt and hatred through subjective ( and, therefore, contextually unfair and invalid) comparison. While such complex reality is certain to come with a threat to the subjectively comparative sense of moral superiority of many, such is the cost of growth demanded by truth.
There is nothing impossible with God. Had this spirit come on me after being molested. It broke right off the same day when I was prayed for and wept in God’s presence. It’s a manipulative lying spirit that goes for your identity.

I know those words you spoke Jonathan and Jilliana. The words lying spirit is found written down in the Old Testament of the Scriptures. Right here in 1st Kings chapter 22. And I know that wicked lying spirit I was deceived by that spirit for a long period of time, of my life and have since been battling with it since after December 13 2018. Its one of the worst one's that can throw people out of the narrow path that leads to God's Kingdom.

So true, my twin and I were molested by my uncle for years as young children, and one day a thought came suddenly into my head that I liked girls. It was so random! I KNOW that was evil spirit cause that was not me!
I just wanted to tell you Matt that you are doing wonderful things, 3 weeks ago I was full atheist and really bad off and I was just scrolling through CZcams and somehow one of your videos was recommended even though your a smaller CZcamsr and it changed my entire life I've started to go to church and I just want you to know your videos where a miracle to me I just hope you know no matter how much pain your in or how down you feel god spoke to me through you, keep your head up man your helping alot of people who really need it

I have watched your testimony and know clearly that you know Jesus as your Lord and Saviour. For me a light switched on about two months ago and now I call myself a disciple of Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour. I have a hunger to know more from the Bible. I have a commitment to share the gospel with others. I surrender each day to Jesus, and try to keep out of the way while the Holy Spirit does his work. I heard that you were married to a guy for quite some time and that you both decided on an open marriage. I am gay but my primary identity is in Christ and always will be. I am also celibate. As far as I am concerned, I am committed to a life which honours the Lord. We need to be very careful that we are not quick to judge others. Jesus told us not to, as did Paul. My primary focus is on sharing the gospel with other people and leaving the convicting to the Holy Spirit. Jesus took all my sin, including my pride and self-righteousness on the cross, and took the penalty for my sin which was death. He chose to die - including the moment when he died. It was His decision. He told his disciples that the Shepherd lays down his life of his own accord and takes it up again of his own accord. I always quote Isaiah 53 where we read that all we like sheep have gone astray and the Lord laid on him the iniquity of us all. I also believe that God himself was on that cross. God was in Christ reconciling the world to himself. This is the good news about God bridging the gap between us and him through the atoning sacrifice of Jesus Christ being the High Priest of the order of Melchizedek, an everlasting order. All of this is God's initiative. One of my favourite verses is: Be still and know that I am God. Our response should be one of awe and wonder. I know when I meet Jesus face to face I will be completely speechless and on my knees. When we pass from this life, the only identity which will matter is that of being in Christ.

Mark's statement and resignates strongly with my experience...
"I always knew who Jesus was and what He had done. I just didn't know what that meant for me as a person."
I knew who Christ was, what he had done, and what it accomplished for the lost race of man. And I believed it fully. And I had absolutely no question that I was as bad a sinner as any. But like Mark, I asked God "what must I do to be saved?" I asked Him this repeatedly for 2 or 3 years, and I got no answer.
Then one day, He laid it upon me like a lightning bolt. Essentially what He said was "I've told you 100 times in 100 places in my Word. What I've done, I've done once for the whole world. There is nothing else I am going to do to resolve the sin problem. If you're too obstinate to recognize this includes you, that's your problem."
It was from that day forward that I had an assurance of my salvation. Now the enemy has put me in some ugly pickles since, and continues to. However, I know of a certainty that Christ died for MY sins, and paid the debt I owed in full.
Thank you Matt and Mark for sharing this amazing story of how God works in our lives, even in the chiefest of sinners.

@@lionoffireministries the beauty is that God heals hearts. Too bad I didn’t know God at that time and only few years ago started to want to know him. I got baptised 2020. I really feel for Mark more so having to carry such a heavy heart after feeling he was partly to blame. What an incredible testimony.
I hope one day I can help someone find hope in depression as I had it for many years and seeing that we can be so blindsighted by things. My father was always joking and laughing like things were fine and we had no idea. I did the same thing in my depression. Everyone thought I was so happy as I joked all the time to cover my pain. Now I can be more aware to see this trait in others. It’s sometimes the happy looking ones that are the most broken.

I’m glad that you enjoyed this one. What really strikes me about Mark is the true transformation that has taken place in him. He is not merely a Christian in name only but has had his life transformed. I spoke to him a couple of times on the phone and his understanding of Scripture is deep and his zeal for the things of God is contagious.

Wooow thank you so much for sharing your testimony Mark and thank you Matt for uploading this type of content. While watching this I felt so many emotions but mostly felt encouraged !! All testimonies from homosexuals who encontered Jesus are similar, we always come to the point where we realise it's just lust. This was such a blessing to watch, I related to so much in this testimony and it made me remember how good and loving God is. He truly transforms lives...😍
Sharing about those temptations genuinely comforted and encouraged me, because I relate to them a lot. At the end of the day it's not so much about becoming straight. Just focusing on Jesus as you do is the key...I truly feel blessed and overjoyed, may all glory be to God 🥳

What a blessing to have heard your story and testimony! I was smiling huge when you told about the joy you felt as you became born again! Praise God! I think God had his hand on you but Satan interfered, drawing you away. God's plan and purpose for you prevailed and his timing is always perfect. I've been a believer since I was about 2. My mom taught me about the Bible. I was saved at 14 in a Southern Baptist church. I strayed and returned to my faith when my daughter was 3, but didn't develop a close relationship with God until I was in my 30s. I'm now almost 67 and have been single since 2009 and plan to remain so. I prayed for God to take away my sexual desire and he did. In that same prayer I said I planned to remain single unless he had a godly man for me but he'd have to deliver him to my doorstep. I added, with a laugh, that I was kidding and figured he had a sense of humor since he gave us one. I remain a flawed born again Christian who tries to walk out my faith every day. I pray about everything and for anyone who needs prayer. I am so happy for you! Hearing how your relationship with God has blossomed and grown was so beautiful, Mark. It doesn't matter where you are in life being truly born again where you truly understand really does change your life! Even when you're alone I feel this piece and I no longer feel alone. I can really relate to a lot of things he was saying and the way that I started following Christ was when I was led just like him to watch Christian CZcams videos until I found this ministry and at least maybe two or three others. Unfortunately I still struggle with lustful thoughts but it's been a lot better!

Believers in Christ should not idolise worship or over ascribe amazement to this other than to ascribe the same joy grace in amazement of any person any sinner coming to the realisation of their separation from God and their need to be transformed by God and His word and to lay down the lustful desires of the world and follow Jesus Christ - it is a work of God and without God we can do nothing!
No one is idolizing or worshipping anything. Testimony is very important!!
Rev 12:11 And they overcame him by the blood of the lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they loved not their lives to the death!
Nothing wrong with giving thanks and praise to the LORD - and rejoicing with Mark for becoming a child of YHVH the Father! His testimony is powerful and will be important and needed in these last days!

It’s difficult for me to understand how we can declare freedom from a situation that still there, and I obviously refer to the same sex attraction. This is something that keeps me permanently in a state of depression.
We all struggle with many sinful desires. It’s a constant battle between the flesh and Spirit!

My same-sex attraction has never gone away, and at age 48, I don't think it ever will, for it is not just a lustful thing, but fully romantic. Anyway, I had to stop asking God to take it away because it made me grow resentful toward Him. At this point, I have been back with Jesus just trying to have a relationship and dialogue. It is true that I have been in a 10-year same-sex relationship and don't see, at his time, why I should end it to live a celibate, solitary life. I can't marry a woman because it would be grossly unfair to her, and I know that I couldn't really love her the way a husband should. This is simply my cross to bear. I will keep going to Mass and Bible study, serve others the best I can, and will just have to wait for God's judgement.@@claudiohernandez2072
Just remember Jesus was tempted and never sinned. Just because you have temptations doesn't mean you are not delivered. Just continue to pray and seek God(Yahweh).

I keep having this question but no one seems to give an answer I’ve asked this many times and no one gives it they have someone has many wives in mini children what should I do like Muslims or Mormons but there are atheists that engage in that as well what should I do with the extra wives and children
I know it can be hard specially for Muslims if they’re in a certain Muslim country because if you’re in Afghanistan or Jordan for example if you divorce your wife your children will be taken away by the State a woman cannot have children without a husband
That is an interesting topic. I believe that marriage from a biblical point of view is between one man and one woman for life. That would mean that any so-called marriage that happens in addition to the first one is not a valid marriage in God’s eyes.
However, I can appreciate all of the complexities that you have mentioned. I have never done an in-depth study into this topic before. Maybe it might take a little bit more digging to find articles online that speak about this?

@@lionoffireministries if that's the case then the husband should move country with all his wives but know his first wife is his and the other ones are no longer married to him even if the country says he is by paper. He tries to share the Gospel with them and hopefully get them support from the church and possibly the women can marry Christian men that can look after them as they were never married before God in the first place. The first husband is to support them all and the children and the church helps also. Can divorce them legally in a country that allows it and happy days family is on the right path. You cannot have sexual relations with anyone other than your first wife unless she dies etc and you marry another. God hates divorce but remember if a man is married to a man that's not a marriage and would not count so if they both get saved they can marry women without it being adultry. Stay single if possible and do more work like street preaching etc as we are in the last days and in the last hour.

I’m glad that you enjoyed it brother James. That struck me also. They didn’t ask him about the transformation that clearly changed his life and brought him freedom and joy and true life. Rather they were more concerned about self preservation and not being negatively impacted living their lives as they please.

Hello everyone. I am a Christian that is gay too and have been celibate my whole life because I thought that I had to be celibate because I was gay. Let me tell you a story to help you understand what I have been through. Their was a gardener (God) that had a bucket of flower bulbs in the corner of the shed. In the spring God planted all of the bulbs all accept 1 bulb. That summer all the flower bulbs that were planted bloomed into beautiful flowers. Year after year they bloomed and were beautiful, and year after year that 1 bulb was left in that rusty old bucket . I was that one lonely forsaken bulb!!! All these years I thought I was too dirty a unclean to be planted! 😭 Now I am 63 years old and still in that old rusty bucket forsaken & rejected!! I am not healthy spiritually, mentally, emotionally or physically!! I believe if we take the bible and make it into the letter of the law (like you HAVE TO be celibate if you are gay) then it produces death!!!!
It’s not a matter of “letter of the law,” it’s a clear act of immorality. It’s like saying “it’s the letter of the law to say we can’t murder people. I want to, so I will.”

Like with any other sinful desire, you must not act on it. You might not be able to help the same sex desires from arising, but you can choose to hand them over to God, and not to act on them. Ask God for help with this. Matt 🙏
This guy does not represent Christian gays in marriage, the fact that he didn't love his husband is an entire red flag.. He only lived life based on his lusts. Sounds like a personal problem not something you should say all LGBTQ people are like. The way he so casually talked about his husband unaliving himself, with no emotion was also wild.. WILD. I'm glad he found Jesus, but I hope he was also delivered from his narcissitic tendencies.
