I loved his roles in movies like Choti Bahen, Chaudhvin ka Chand, Pyaasa, Waqt, Dushman but I don't remember any of his movies with Dev Anand (friend) other than their debut movie as you said they have together acted in many movies.

I loved Rehman when I was quite small Tabassumji. Went to see the movie Choti Bahen and loved the song Jao Kahaa Bataye Dil which stuck in my head although I didn’t understand Hindi. Rehman sang that song in that movie and I loved him. Really that was my first attraction to Hindi music. I am well versed now and speak perfect Hindi. Love everything bollywood old and new. Thanks🙏🏼

He lived in Colaba. During his last days, people deserted him. He would keep a bottle of whiskey right in front of him just to look at it as he could not drink or eat. A great actor and a greater human being.
Old actors and actress had been very classy. I watch old movies on You tube. I watched Rehman's Sahib biwi...Vaqt...chaudhavi ka chaand. He was a great actor. His face was so kind, and classy. Even as a villain role he looks superb. Dilip Kumar, Suraiyya, Vaijantimala, Vahida Rehmaan, Mumtaz, Dharmendra, Manoj Kumar, Firoz Khan, Naazima..I love these people. They were so classy and simple.

Apart from his roles done in 50s and 60s, he acting was excellent in small roles in latee years as well, as in movies like 'Dushman', Rajput and Chacha Bhatija, Waqt, etc.

He acted as Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose way in 1969. It was the first movie on Netaji in India. He was awarded for his outstanding role in Jagriti (1956) with Filmfare award.

I was very upset and shocked to note that Rehman Saab passed away at a young age of just 56 after succumbing to throat cancer. What an actor he was ....I still recall his powerful roles in Sahib, biwi aur Ghulam and Chaudhavin ka chand .....He was extremely talented and played several roles.

You mentioned about your daughter Tarrnnum. I loved the name so much that I suggested my parents to give this beautiful name to my younger sister. How's your daughter? Rahman sb's nephew , Faisal Rahman was a super star in pakistan film industry and after leaving films , he worked very sucessfully on national tv also. there is lots of wonderful work on his credit.
Rahman sb's another nephew and faisal's elder brother Faseeh ur Rahman again is a celebrity and a mastero of his feild. He is student of Maharaj Gulam Hussain Kathak and is running a dance school in lahore and london also.
