It's been 17 days since first symptom shown in my body and 15 days since I tested positive for COVID-19 and it's already 6 days since I got RT PCR negative...but still fever persists in my body and I have heart palpitations...I get scared 1-2 times in day..

Dryfruits mein kishmish 20-25 daane bhingokar, 3-4 chhuhara raat ko bhingokar subah khaye. Iske sath hi Exercise bhi kijiye aur whey protein lijiye. Daily 2 kela khaye. Ek kheera chhilka ke sath liver ko healthy rakhne ke liye kyonki protein jyada lene se liver par asar padta hai. 3 time proper food khaiye. Cow ghee 3-4 spoon daily roti,daal aur sabji mein daalkar khaye. Doodh digest hota hai to evening mein ek glass piye. Usmein kuchh bhi nhi milaye.
Sprouts khaye aur egg kha sakte hain to white part egg ka lein. Weight jarur badhega. Diet ko proper follow kijiye weight bhi badhega aur muscles bhi banenge.

Milk pine ka nuksan kya hai ,yah kisi ke kahane se koi nhi jaan payega. Iske liye milk pina band karna hoga karib 3 months ke liye. Fir feel hoga ki kya changes aaya body mein aur aap kaisa feel kar rahe hain. But dahi, ghee aur paneer kha sakte hai . Ghee daily dahi aur paneer kabhi kabhi..
