    It's been 17 days since first symptom shown in my body and 15 days since I tested positive for COVID-19 and it's already 6 days since I got RT PCR negative...but still fever persists in my body and I have heart palpitations...I get scared 1-2 times in day..
    Is this normal for some patients to recover after so many days?

Start to eat anjir with honey . Try to follow this diet , you will be perfectly fine within 5 days .God Bless you

      Dryfruits mein kishmish 20-25 daane bhingokar, 3-4 chhuhara raat ko bhingokar subah khaye. Iske sath hi Exercise bhi kijiye aur whey protein lijiye. Daily 2 kela khaye. Ek kheera chhilka ke sath liver ko healthy rakhne ke liye kyonki protein jyada lene se liver par asar padta hai. 3 time proper food khaiye. Cow ghee 3-4 spoon daily roti,daal aur sabji mein daalkar khaye. Doodh digest hota hai to evening mein ek glass piye. Usmein kuchh bhi nhi milaye.
      Sprouts khaye aur egg kha sakte hain to white part egg ka lein. Weight jarur badhega. Diet ko proper follow kijiye weight bhi badhega aur muscles bhi banenge.

      Milk pine ka nuksan kya hai ,yah kisi ke kahane se koi nhi jaan payega. Iske liye milk pina band karna hoga karib 3 months ke liye. Fir feel hoga ki kya changes aaya body mein aur aap kaisa feel kar rahe hain. But dahi, ghee aur paneer kha sakte hai . Ghee daily dahi aur paneer kabhi kabhi..

      Chhuhara/ dried dates 2 piece.Also drink anjir and chhuhara water.
      Soak oat ,almond,kishmish overnight and cook for two to three minutes. Eat with little milk. Three times meal jarur lein. Aate ki bread ya roti par peanut butter/pintola pure peanut butter...lagakar khaye, daily 3 achchha paka hua kela khaye , yadi BP low rahata ho to ek hi kela khaye, egg kha sakte hain to 2 eggs daily khaye.koi bhi exercise jarur karein.

      Doodh ke sath main kisi bhi chiz ko support nhi karti. Doodh complete food hai aur doodh ka digestion sabse achchha tab hota hai jab usmein chini bhi nhi milayi jaye.
      Aap pista Bhingokar dinner se 10 minute pahle lein to bhi bhut achchha hoga.,stress km hoga aur nind bhi achchhi aayegi.

      @prabh Jeet Doodh ke sath Fruits aur dryfruits lena aajkal trend ban gaya hai. Par yah long term mein bad effect dikhata hai . Digestive system kamjor ho jayega..Aap plain Doodh piye,achchhe se pachega Pista jaise bataya waise khaye. Jab bhi koi dryfruits Doodh ke sath lete hai to Doodh ki matra bahut km rakhi jati hai ,jisse sirf paste banaya ja sake tab yah aushadhi ko tarah k karta hai. Isse achchha hai ki plain Doodh piye.
