In this workshop, Emmanuel encourages us to embrace our true selves, despite societal limitations and expectations. He speaks of the power of change and the importance of listening to one's inner wisdom. In a question and answer session, the audience touches on subjects such as dealing with a difficult childhood, the death of family members, and emotional turmoil.
In addition, Emmanuel addresses a question about change in our lives, telling us that change cannot happen until we invite it and that we need to listen to our own wisdom and desires to know what we truly want. Emmanuel suggests that we need to be spontaneous and not afraid to ask for what we truly want.
He also addresses questions about anxiety, healing, and the power of being fully present in one's interactions with others. Additionally, it also touches on the subject of dementia and how to communicate with loved ones with dementia.
He encourages us to embrace our own holiness and beauty and let him lead us to the beauty of the world around us.
