    The rod bolts are torqued to spec ish from the factory for when they line bore the hole and it’ll stay solid and be perfect machining hope that helps understand more! Keeps everything all together and true through the whole process.

    Question, is that a billet block or the stock one? If so do yk where I could find a 1zz billet?

    • @JRiverathatredCelika
      @JRiverathatredCelika  Před 2 lety

      It's a stock block with forged internals , I don't think anyone makes a bullet 1zz however I would suggest into looking into a css 1zz black they created a closed deck or semi closed deck 1zz which helps strengthen the actual block of the engine

    Hi JRivera!!!!!
    I wanna say I love your channel I need some good tips on how to fully build my 2008 corolla s 1zzfe engine I’ve been looking into crower cams rods and crank . What is recommendation on how about coming with porting and polishing and also putting the darton sleeves? Thanks!!!

      Porting and polishing would be great if you have a chance to do it I planned on doing it but unfortunately ran out of time , as for sleeves depends on your power goal , I didn't sleeve my block originally was going to but decided not too as I feel like the block can handle 100 HP per cylinder just a gut feeling based on other 1zz builds and it doesn't seem like an unreasonable amount of power for this engine
