It’s not illegal but it’s bannable. Roblox is a game that has no legal right to punish a player as if they had done something illegal without solid proof and a court case. They may ban the player from the game, remove/terminate their account or IP ban them from Roblox as a whole but this would not be considered “illegal” the people selling the pets however, could be considered commuting acts of act against copyright and scamming. They could be fined some money by adopt me if a court case happens.
