I just saw your video bout what happened to you in the last month. I thought that the things would turn better to you but now a depression...I had to handle with one too, and now i'm here just writing this comment. The only thing i can tell you is that you will pass this, you have your family support, followers and friends, and well, hope this passes quickly for you to be the happy person that you're. Do your best and go through this.

You just popped up on my feed and I’m glad I’m not alone. Everyone has different experiences of depression but I’m feeling similar I’m not doing to well right now where it’s effecting my relationship but that’s not what I want to say, I want to say thank you I can relate to this. You can do this I believe you can.

I honestly don't know what to say, I also experienced similar stuff like depression (never at the mental level though) but i got through it and it was honestly one of the worst fazes of my life but I had the support of my friends and family at the time too, so I hope you get through it too and that there is nothing but uphill from here for you.

Getting into depression goes faster than anyone wants and it seems like you cant prevent it, it often takes longer than anyone wants and it never seems to end.. when it ends is seems like youve missed out on so much in life
I've been depessed for nearly two years, I just got out of it about two months ago, I lost hope at that point tho i didnt give it all up, made what i love and talked to friends and family.. and I got out
A depression is difficult, dont give up, do what you love and be around people you love :)

When I started working out and doing runs and going to the gym and other exercises + eating healthy gave me better self confidence and made me overall more happy I totally recommend you try that too!

Stay strong, I believe in you, so many others too, Ive been through depression, it sucks and everyones is different so i wont discuss my own story, but tou do feel like a halow shell if who you were, im happy to hear youre still alive, ive had seasonal depression, one thing is to deffinatly get sun light one nature generally is pretty and beautiful and makes you a bit happy, do what makes you happy, and get sunlight, going without vitamin d for a while will make you depressed
Though during my depression everything that made me happy made me bored and sad

Ultomato, we love you man. Things will get better in life, there will be alot of miserable days and some great days; thats life. Life is just a temporary experience that every human experiences so enjoy it because youre a 1 in 400 trillion, someone else could've been born but you did, youre the chosen one man. But depression is a serious thing but everything happens for a reason, whatever happens now will change your future, you will experience and have great memories in the future because of your current predicament just let that sink in man. I recommend setting little and big goals for yourself so that your motivation is greater and use the 123 method if you run out of motivation. The 123 method is when you count to 3, for example, if you cant get out of bed, just count to 3 then get out of bed. But yeah man I hope I could make your day or night a bit easier im looking forward to watching that arras video love ya papi

We enjoy funny Ultomato, for sure, but we also enjoy genuine Ultomato; aka we like and respect you for who you are. Depression sucks, absolutely, but don't let that trap your mentality. Think forward, take it slow (don't rush things), stay positive. If anything is to happen reach out for help immediately.
It's very important to have something to be happy about, and for your case that's making videos. That's great, but don't let it get the best of you as you could easily force yourself to be someone who you aren't, and in the long run that's far from beneficial.

I know YT helps but you might even try finding hobbies that allow you to be active. Even if you don't feel like doing anything force yourself to do something that allows you to be active like running or weight lifting even. It might sound dumb but it changed my life. Find something that you can be proud of with yourself. Something Pray about it okay? Just pray and try and be happy. Being active helps and find someone you can do it with. Its healthy and promotes mental health. I hope you get well and I hope you read this.

Also, there is something else for you. This is only because I want you well. Depression is often caused by a lack of vitamin D. Please sleep will not help. I told you at the beginning, you just have to endure. Go outside with your family or with your friends. Take a walk. Go swimming.Just focus on sunlight, as it is the basis of vitamin D and several other vitamins. Believe me, if you do this, you will recover as soon as possible. I trust you 👍💯
