I’m curious about the tofu I have used it also especially for scrambled “eggs” but do you worry about all the processing it takes to make tofu from soybeans do you know how they do it I don’t
A question. We keep hearing numbers of deaths from heart disease and other diseases that are supposedly avoidable. Please address what you think is the appropriate 'cause of death '. We are going to die. At 81, what is my expected "best" cause of death.? I'm thinking I'll probably make it to 90-100. And am trying to delay disease, but there is a limit. My only diagnosed disease to date is some neck and hand osteoarthritis. I take no medication.
