Roasted makhana/ cashew/ murmure/ cornflakes mixture (home made/ banana chips/ muffins ( atta cupcake home made)
Appe/ idly /chilla/ pancake /Puri for midway meal time ( or whatever he loves to eat)
Banana/cucumber/grapes (are handy and mess free fruits)
Agar cereals de rahe Hain to makhana, murmure, roasted chana, dry fruits ko roast krke bna lijiye, bnana k sath with warm water/formula kabhi bhi instant prepare kr sakte hain.
All these I used and cheeku loved, fir bhi bich me we used to have lunch aur uske liye plain dal le lete the , as initially wo wahi pasand krti thi, you can go with rice similarly.
