@Kannon Jaxx instablaster =)
Now that covid is over, I hope that you are able to enjoy the company of people you love.
If there is any sense in life, it's music and love. This music and love immortal like this symphony.
When I hear this immortal movement, I think: how certain works touch us so deep in the soul ... beauty and pleasure manifesting itself through music. The voice of God.
That is so true
Better get your ears fixed. There is NO god. Jeez. 2022 and people still into this nonsense.
Rattle's Mahler is I think as close as possible to being my Mahler - the clever and the emotional combined. I really could just listen to Mahler for ever and never get tired of it.
One of the most beautiful pieces of music out there. Mahler has written some of the biggest and loudest works out there, but this time it sums up the beauty and how clever this composer was. The strings and the harp are just beautiful. Well done Berlin Phil and Sir Simon Rattle!
Would like to know his thoughts on this work. Has to be related to the ruckert lieder especially ich bin abhanden gekommen? Same extreme pathos.
A monument to human genius. This music comes directly from heaven.Sir Simon Rattle and the B.P. made the best of it.Gustav is happy!
Absolutely amazing! Mahler, you make me cry!
Hello! I want to share with you my Miniature for string orquestra and piano, inspired by Mahler s Adagietto, I hope you will enjoy it! czcams.com/video/mB20ufvVSMI/video.html
I hear ya. I cried when I heard this played live by the London Symphony Orchestra in 2013...
@@musisavante6036 Love it! Thanks for sharing! :)
@@ValLamDel I am very glad that you enjoyed it. I invite you to see my channel. I have posted 5 pieces! I hope you have the availability to listen to them. My best wishes
Deslumbrante. Maravilhoso. Inesquecível. Grandioso. Exuberante. Gustav Mahler, Sir Simon Rattle e Berliner Philharmoniker. Geniais. Que belíssima e comovente interpretação. Amor Eterno.
אין כמו אימא בעולם!!!!!!!!!!
A beautiful piece of music. So evocative.
Bernie i reckon this would be a great choice of music to make love to your partner lolx
In my long listening experience, this is one of the best melodies ever, music for the soul.
Every time I listen to it (in various directions and orchestras), it's a pure ecstatic moment.
Also if I were you, I would not miss an arrangement of the Adagietto for the Accentus choir (Equilbey)...
Couldn't you just die for Mahler 🎉🎶
Sencillamente SUBLIME, su música es conmovedora
Beautiful performance by a great orchestra and by a great conductor !
Thanks a lot
Gian i met Simon Rattle decades ago , he played this beautiful classic ,,, You could have heard a pin drop xx WOW XXX
Here Simon R has a good moment with the BPhil. Right tempo and good combo of control qnd expressiveness. The orchestra is as always......just beyond words.
I hope to conduct this piece one day with the Berlin Phil. I love Mahler he is my favorite composer and possibly the best composer in history! The BPO plays his pieces so well!
Make your dreams true!
I'm sure you'll do it ;)
really who are you?
@@daniel3231995 he’s kirill petrenko ;)
You can do it! I'm moving to Berlin I hope to see you.
Překrásná, něžná a křehká pavučinka tónů - báááječný Mahler, a ve špičkovém provedení. Jsem moc dojatá a velmi děkuji za nahrávku, je to esence radosti a krásy. Zdravím z Rakovnicka.
I love classical music and this particular piece always moves me as it makes me think of someone in particular.
Brings tears to my eyes

As close to perfect as music can ever be
What a lot of people are missing it that stands out, head and shoulders, on it's own.
Just WOW.
This is a special recording. Love it. It is SO moving. I also love the Bernstein version but the age of it is given away by todays technical improvements over time. Well done Sir Simon and B.P. Absolutely wonderful

Of course, visconti used this adagio to help deify 'death in venice''s tadzio, the polish heartthrob whose searing beauty drove von aschenbach crazy

THE VOICE OF GOD.
Another lunatic.

Самое лучшее в музыке
@Karajanism And inspired by love. Mahler met his wife while composing this symphony. :)
uma das maiores composições ja escrita.
Mahler didn't know he was merely writing commercials for the vaunted Berlin Phil,...I'm sure he would feel privieged to know it were true...
I m wish that Sir Radel with Orchestra doing with me please play Eduard Grieg and Gustav Mahler and Beethoven Violine Concert in Love Jimi the Rat
Maleris yra
Maleris ir tuo viskas pasakyta!
역시 베를린필이네
Se avete la tosse rimanete a casa!
Is it scored for just harp & strings?
Why the karajan record is hidden
Is not fair.
such enjoyable movement for the listeners, but an enjoyable and painful movement for the performers.....back sores........
譜が置いてある!暗譜じゃないの珍しい👀
Yu do know that the ears of berliner phil want see the best part of the music and dont this?
Beautiful stringing from the harp but,did we get a close-up?? No.
¿ porqué la música siendo nada es tanto?
Millennium 2.2
@benzopil1991
Merveilleux....
And also a lot of Stravinski's themes and musical 'tricks', for lack of a better word.
Ricardo la pidió en okupas....
