Balinese people are the most artistic and spiritual I have ever met in all of the 45 countries i have visited so far, my favourite place is beautiful Bali and the wonderful people I know there. There are many acclaimed artists but just take a look at some of the Nyepi creations ordinary village people make.
You're completely right! It doesn't compare to anywhere else in the world I've been.
Beautiful work bli.. never forget our roots!
This one's so good man! We need to create something together one day man!
Well done mate. Always love your choice of music and your approach to storytelling. Thanks for your inspiration!
Why does this channel only have so few subscribers? This is amazing work!!!

Beautiful shoot, very gracious artist/artisan, thanks for this 5-minute delight.
thanks for this beautiful short about I Made Ada and Balinese sculpture . Hope I Made's concerns wont reveal as short term prophecies. Good to see the smiles and good humor of him and his son Nyoman , who helped me get a set of carving tools in 2008 ,. I don't use them much but that set of over thirty blades remain a treasure for me , as it carries the marvel and deep mystery of this splendid enchanteresse hilly island.
Thanks for you comment Gaultier and great to hear you visited back in 2008!
Amazing
This kind of masterpiece is getting rare these days in the age of technology and modern art
Marko, I have been following you over the last months since I am now based in Ubud and I deeply feel connected to your work and wisdom of wanting to show the "real"side and other face of this yet over popular island. Thank you so much for your work.
Hi Natalie, thanks for following my work and nice to hear that you are based in Ubud! I will be in Bali next month so hoping to make some more films and meet up with some people who are interested. Hope to see you around!
Thanks
Ohh great news! I plan on visiting (finally) Flores at the beginning of May. Let me know when you'll be here in Bali. I'll be glad to meet you and talk about Bali and your work.
Wonderful video, thanks for sharing!
WOW! This is just spectacular man. The stories you tell are so gripping and leave me wanting to speak to the subject. Bravo.
Thanks dude!
Excusme. Where is the right address of this wonderful artist. ?
superb work!
Cheers mate!
this is awesome!
Thanks Anton!
great video and wonderful subject! a few questions:
- is this slog or cine pp?
- beatiful dof, which lens?
- any advice for handheld motion/panning at 100fps? i really like that style of shooting :)
Thanks Gabrio, this was all shot in slog2 and the Sony Zeiss 24-70mm F4 lens only. I didn't shoot at 100fps as with the Sony A7s MK1 you can only do so at 720p, so just 50FPS for me!
Great video, can i join video project if u come again to Bali??
Of course man!
