Do extensive research on roids. Train longer...harder...with faster recovery...and in doing so building a stronger muscle memory nueral net from being able to "over train". The lack of fear felt and adrenaline to pain ratio, equals= roids help.......A LOT. Why do you think pro athletes take them? They work.
