How to solve YUER XS-04 Looper&Drum Freeze in logo Problem

- Thanks for purchasing our XS-04 looper&drum.Recently we have received some freeze in logo problem from our customer.
Due to the pedal upgrade, some XS-04 may be freeze here.Please don't worry it's not broken.You many need to upgrade the XS-04 TF cards then will be OK.
You don't need to return it to the seller.Let us show you 2 methods below :
1.Go to www.loganbpm.com for downloading the XS-04 upgrade driver for upgrading.
2.If the driver doesn't work, you may ask the local seller for sending you a new TF card for replacement.

We have received some "ERROR" upgrading process from our customer so our team has updated the video with the detail upgrading process.#upgrade
If I buy a micro SD card on my own, use the upgrade software and insert it into the XS-04, should that help?

@@thyghu Due to the technology problem ,we are still working on it.
Still waiting for the replacement card, as the pedal was ordered through Aliexpress, as there are no local sellers at my country. Still I highly doubt that my issue will be fixed, by simply replacing the SD card. As commented on your previous video that you had uploaded and removed, every time a SD card gets corrupted (SD Cards fail so easily), do we have to go through the same process to sort this issue, waiting for SD cards and till what end will the seller keep doing so?
Hello, please kindly wait for the new Card then will be OK.The card has no problem for storage.It just the build in driver needs to be upgraded.Due to the upgrading process ,some customer will be Error sometimes.But please contact your seller,they will do the after sell service! By the way we have already tested all the new cards.It won't be problem any more.Sorry for the Issue!
@@Yueracoustics At the end, the seller sent me a new pedal (i had to pay shipping costs, 16 euros). Tested the card of the new pedal with the faulty one, that didn't fix my issue. As i have explained to the seller but also sent your department an email explaining as to what my findings were at the end, as i am not going to type all of this again in here. The issue was a faulty LCD screen, specifically its ribbon cable that caused my problem.
