what people don't understand is how a toxic relationship can make you fearful of getting in another relationship. it is dumb to say that she was taking advantage of him. they both were okay with it and were honest about it else she wouldn't have said it in front of him. she was traumatized and needed time to heal from it because if she hadn't she would have jumped in relationship with him and everytime any small thing had triggered her she would have hurt him. she was in a casual relationship with him and even though she knew he was the one for her out of fear she tried to protect herself from the unknown. they dated casually and in the back of her head she was aware that she wants to commit to him then he proposed and she said yes. i don't get what kind of people don't understand what a healthy relationship is supposed to be.

I like how this talk is soo rational. Don't mind me, this comment section felt like a safe place hence the long cmment. When she said till ranveer proposed, I think she meant they weren't in a relationship then. In her mind she liked him and felt he liked her too. It seemed natural all in head and action but words were never put to it. There was this one interview of virat where he shares that how after a few months of knowing anushka he felt he was in a relationship but during one conversation when this topic was brought up, she said "are we? I think we are just friends." (or something along similar lines) Its normal in real life too to feel conflicted when things are not put into words. Not saying she is right or anything because i believe this information is manipulated edit. We don't know all the details so just painting someone as a red flag just with a few words is wrong. If and when we do have sufficient details, we can make any statements then.
