Use pomodoro technical
Make a to do list everyday and try completing it, they will be your short term goals also keep yourself busy the whole day don't let your brain think about your shortcomings, in the next few months you will see a great change. About reading speed then don't worry while revising you will get familiar with the sentences and will able to read and comprehend the words faster and in a month or lil over it you will see your new speed . Good luck

BEST NOTE MAKING STRATERGY - 10 reads are best and must
HOW TO READ CHOOSE BOOKLIST\\1ST READING-understand concepts//2nd read-underline with pencil//3rd read underline with pen//4th -hieghlight
decrease amount of reading everytime , as you go further in no. of reading mark imp and thing you are unable to recall and hieghlight keywords only which will make you remember whole topic
MAKING NOTES in refined way and not bulky
main books as base material
attach loose pages in base material ie. external input with respective to pyq and other things like test series and current affairs
add key points
consolidated notes
PRELIMS focus more on reading and revising make a single page for things you forget
MAINS Synoptic(forming genral summery) notes ie. mains specific
write keywords in ans from consolidated notes
style for synoptic notes - what pros and cons ,what is being done ,what more needs to be done, vision
have a vision while making notes
u cant remember everything so keep keywords at glance bcz they will add value
like
TIPS short notes
keyword approch very imp
even if you don't make notes try to write about what you learned and dont forget current affairs

mam please can you tell how to read between the lines and how much to go in depth while following btl in ncerts too please mam
Read/revise multiple times & trust me every time you read you will discover new things and the things you discovered in the previous reading will get imbibed as such . After your first reading REVISE IN SHORT DURATION otherwise the next time you read you it will feel like first reading. Suppose you read something today then keep sometime of tomorrow for the revision (preferably shorter than the original reading time) then you can revise the same on 7th or 15th day. Maintain a track of what you are reading by first jotting down a to do list and try to stick to it no matter what. Initially try to set small study slots then in the next few days you can expand. Good luck. Hope it helps you
