The rectangular portable ashtray looks like the right size to hold those small packs of tissues. It could be used as a small tissue case. The round one could be used to hold the round cotton pads for portable carry inside your purse. I love items designed so they can be multifunctional. I also love how you demonstrate how easy it is to personalize these items and make them look elegant and tasteful. Great job!
One question: is there a way to adhere the crystal rhinestones to the surface without covering the actual crystals? The resin diminishes the multifaceted appearance of the gems.
thank you! It is a matter that the resin loses the multifaceted brilliance of the rhinestone, but it is inevitable that it will happen if it is buried in the resin because it is related to the refraction of light. The solution is to fix it with resin only around it without filling it, or to choose a rhinestone whose bottom is cut into a v shape instead of flat. If the bottom is v-shaped, interference will be minimized even if it is filled with resin.
