Heading out to the famous Glasshouse Mountains and putting the Ford F450 with Liquid Springs to the test. And we were able to put it through big flex ups, water crossings, slippery declines and steep up hills. We put it to the test on all accounts.
Next on the agenda is to setup the power system in the canopy and start to take it out touring, see if we can come against any challenges, or is this the all time new best touring rig?

I learned something valuable once when 2 of my friends were playing around on some back yard dirt piles. One had a old non turbo long bed f250 with bald highway tires, the other a swb jeep wrangler. The F250 outwheeled the wrangler easily because the wheelbase allowed one end of the truck to get through an obstacle before the other end even entered it.
lol thats usually exactly what gets you stuck... that one obstacle must have been small becuase what you said in nonsense
@@MrClassytangerine yeah, what would I know? We have an excavator and land and can make any obstacle we want. I'm sure I'm just talking out of my ass.
@@growlith6969 well if you think that and f250 is a better offroad rig than a jeep you clearly don't know alot. In some situations perhaps but take the most decked out f250 to mostly any actual wheeling trail and see what happens.
I'm sure it's great for the dirt you push around in your yard tho. Enjoy :)
lol, it's insane how big this truck is - you need to have something like a 79 series or something side by side just to be able to compare it, especially with the water crossing!
We had a hilux there that wasn't able to cross that water crossing! Just for reference.
Here in the US, they've taken the liquid spring suspension, and incorporated an articulating truck bed. Making some incredible overlander off road capable trucks and RVs. It appears we're self-consciously making ready for the apocalypse, bug-out times. Selah

Wow. Not for me, could never afford it! But wow! I’m a td42 coil cab owner and lover, but that is an awesome bit of gear. Why anyone would compare it to a patrol is just ridiculous. 👍🎯🇦🇺🍻

Was this based upon the F-450 pickup with the fully boxed frame identical to the super dutys or the F-450 chassis cap? Because the frame looked really stiff!
What Liquid Spring package does this have on it? Us guys on the Tremor forums have been looking for a comparison of the Carli Eventure to the new LS off-road package

Going from a dually to a single wheel is a massive difference. Being so pumped out everyone is used to seeing dually's out the back
1:00 one thing I dislike about a super single conversion is that it leaves the rear brake system exposed to the elements… yes, they would get wet or muddy on a dually but they are now exposed to rock, sticks, limbs, etc. I just dont like that. just MHO

Actually, the liquid spring is from US. A lot of conversion is happening here with trucks and rvs.
