    Kerala people anyways look for outside oppurtunity. More than 90% work outside of their state. That's a cultural norm there. And for Indians here working in offshore, indian onsite is worse and presure us to do extra and all. And schedule calls in their own time. And german people in onsite have clear goals nd easy to work.

      Don't you know kerala is unsafe environmentally. Wayanad news haven't heard of. Kerala has highest floods earthquake landslides whatnot .no companies will stay in Kerala. That's why better to choose outside

      Kerala is communist and labour unions rule. That's why not many industries. Education for all - quantity over quality - and hence they move out of the state for good colleges elsewhere. No one left behind has its own problems. Beautiful state though.

    Although germen work culture is great but in india its not like if dont do something you are fired. He haven't worked much so offcourse he dont know about indian work culture. Yes its lot of pressure and not so work life balance like germany.

    More superficial knowledge about Indian Culture …unfortunately , it’s more German centric , can understand because he has more German work experience than Indian.
    It’s easier to compare two countries but India is far diverse for anybody to judge with few incidents and people. There are definitely lot of things to improve but can’t generalise saying India and India is very dynamic in nature.

      @@bivashdreliability matters when it comes to work and all the walks of life. Demonstrating gestures and beating around the bush is really an Indian thing. Germans usually have a direct approach 😅

      @@cowubl well we locals will never accept low payment for the work and studies we had here . We are too expensive for many companies here. Ofcourse indians who are hired for low payment will get better opportunities.
