Bery you're like 5'9"/5'10" and I am 6'1" and we weigh almost the same. You do not need to get down to 220 you need to get down to 170/180. I am 3" taller and almost identical build (my legs are much bigger) but I want to be at 195/200ish. Same with me tho bud it's the booze.

Had a squirrel in the ceiling for a year...coming & going like he paid rent here...loved to hang out over the bedroom. I made dents all over the ceiling hitting it w a broomstick. Called a pro...even he couldn't figure out how it was getting in. Then in the summer we started to get relentless flies downstairs & found a squirrel in the chimney. The madness stopped. 🤞🏻

Love Joey Diaz but Lee has to turn the mic's up cuz the sound is always way too low. I can hear Joe Rogan and Bill burr podcast clear as day with my phone and joeys is always super quite and hard to hear.
ultranitro the problem is Joey, he’s always talking in that tough guy east coast gangster tone where he lowers his voice to say certain things and talks away from the Mic and then when he’s fired up he starts yelling into the mic. Creates an annoying yo-yo effect and I’m constantly turning the volume up and down. He needs Rogan to give him a “pull that sucker up to your mouth” talking to...
Hahaha put this about a fist away from your mouth. I guess whenever I wanna get high with Joey i gotto Bluetooth to a speaker. Lol

the audio on this show is much better than joes squeezed to fuck vibe on JRE. its plenty loud on my laptop and my genelecs)) has more bottom end dynamics and much less fatiguing and generally more pleasing! hahaha joe doesn't have an audio engineer he has the apollo! fuck a compressor for this instance, stop listening to shit on phones and buy a fuckdoll instead!!
