Since you asked. I am not a Swiftie. I used to like Taylor Swift in her country era.
I don't want to sound mean or anything but here it goes. Her music nowadays makes me depressed. I get that there is a lot of meaning in there but all songs sound so much alike.
For me the fact that she (or any very famous, social media promoted artist nowadays) breaks record does not mean much. There are a lot of money and energy invested in promoting music and sometimes not as much in creating it and making thoae who listen feel it.
The musicians who used to break records without social media are the true gods for me. I am a huge music fan, I love the 70's to 00's punk rock and pop culture and would never say no to hip hop either, just for context.
And on the "how is she in her day to day". I honestly think pretty normal. I think the fanbase is what turns her into an outerwordly creature but she for sure has a huge team working on everything and she just does day to day normal stuff like we all do.
Again I am no hater, I respect everyone's music taste but I am deeply convinced that without social media the music scene nowadays will promote completely different things and I would have loved to be around in the 80's
