I understand this is in Exchange, St. Ann? In the presenter's view, it's the coldest river she can remember being in. To me, it clearly originated up in the upper reaches of the Cockpit (coming from or has passed through a subterrain course). Same areas where some of our authorities may be planning to have mining activities in the future. I'm now having nightmares similar to some of those tributaries (in recent news) to the Rio Cobra.
