You can get all of that with a 4x5,65 or 6x6 filters ;) You can even motorise linearPolarisers etc. In case that your camera is mounted to a drone, Car or other positions ;)

Aren't they called 4 by 5 because they are 4" * 5"? That is 4 inches by 5 inches. That is 101.6 millimetres by 127 millimetres.
