- Here are some of the top motoclimb athletes and some moto stars (Brett Cue and Gregg Duffy) racing the Open/Unlimited at Poags Hole in Dansville, New York. This was round 3 of the Motoclimb Super Series. Austin Teyler was leading the class after the first round, but Austin Cardwell beat his time in the second round to take the win. Not all of the riders are featured, and this is just the first round of that class, but you can find the athlete's Instagram tag before each run. Comment below your favorite bike!

I really like this type of competition your racing the hill, time and yourself and not other opponents
One of the best hill climb sites I've seen. I like a tough but manageable hill. Not so easy all make it and it's a time event. Not so tough none get to the top , worse accidents and destroyed bikes tumble down possibly injuring the rider or others.

I can remember going to Poags in the 80s... I grew up in the area. It was a diff place back then... not all built up into a giant shit-show... no safety fences.. better times...

Piffster, Dansville is central NY ( duh, the East Coast) so any serious hill-climber would know about it and likely be there. The central problem there seems to be sand like traction - as much as the incline making momentum critical. While I hate to feed the bottom, I'm sure your TS 185 couch got you right up that. Grab another Yuengling.

If you're going to build one of these bikes, why wouldn't you design some type of idler pully the keep the chain snug in any position? It seems pretty worthless without an idler pully!!!
There are aftermarket tensioner chain pulleys. They work pretty well too
