Sydia's story demonstrates the power of addressing trauma. In this episode, she recounts a past event that pushed her to a life of crime, and how an unlikely program in prison helped her cope and turn her life around. Healing from her past, she currently runs a successful catering company and hosts an annual event recognizing returning citizens who have done good in their community.

Wow! The amount of trauma that goes unaddressed in so many people is scary. These "robberies" happen to both boys and girls who become men and women. Your story is inspiring and continues to support the need for true healing in all traumatized victims. You were fortunate to have a good program that helped you to shift, take accountability and restructure your life. You survived some tough neighborhoods. I am very familiar with them. I am happy for the new life you have created for yourself and the role model and motivator you've become to your community. It's so rare people are celebrated in their communities for doing the right thing. Congrats.

I read a post about this series on nogunzone’s IG page & decided to check it out. I’m glad I did, I loved this episode, so encouraging & inspiring. I’m about to watch the 2 past episodes & I just subscribed to this page so that I won’t miss any future episodes. I personally Know Her I remember when I heard she got locked up for Ribbing banks I was in shock 😲 I remember her with New cars out of know where an nice clothes she was so young I just thought she had a dude that was taking care of her..Then I heard that even though she said she had to fight she wasn't like that she was just a lil girl hanging around the way as a teenager that's like boys an the boys n Men liking them..She didn't give off rough tough she gave off a young girl that lives around the way.. I remember when I heard an saw her home I knew she had a baby I commend her and Extremely glad woke God have forgiven her she has taken responsibility and Know She Making A Change to change GENERATIONAL Curses
