Erik I just got back from having a broken ankle and I was able to make it to the very last tournament for my team and I was able to help carry my 14 212 year old team beat a ton of 16 and 17-year-olds in the final set

P.S does anyone have any upper hand serving tips??
Try snapping and following through.
Try to toss the ball nicely, to where your hand will hit the ball. Also, you can try to hit the middle of the ball so that your ball doesn't fly everywhere and it'll become more consistent. Follow through when you hit so it flies nicely, and what I do is that I make a routine so it becomes a muscle memory to serve well. All in all, it will get better with practice. You can do it!
Get a good toss, and work on your core. :) that’s what made mine super strong
remember to set the ball infront of the dominant hand

ERIK, I got a question. How does the leg system work in volleyball? Like if Lube wins their next match 3-0 then it will be a tie. Then what? Extra set or based on point difference?
In CEV Champions League it's the points that matter.
3 for a 3-0 or 3-1 victory
2 for a 3-2 victory
1 for a 2-3 loss
If the points are the same after two games, the teams immediately play a "golden set" to 15 for the win.
