They are pretty similar looking lol, but yeah, if you're gonna craft a titanium melee weapon, make the Trident, it's a good spear, although overall, the dark lance is still better.

@@maxohara6684its not better, they're about equal at base, but only because of shadowflame, which wont benefit from any damage buffs you give it, which you almost definitely have.
edit: this isnt even correct, base titanium trident has like 40 more dps or so

I don't remember it being a magic weapon, though I do remember that it consumed a bit of mana for the star. I don't remember three starts, but I played on Xbox 360 before PC.

Some of the sprites for weapons are amazing. Craft the chlorophyte swords, drop them, and then zoom in.. Coolest sprites IMO

I honestly don't like the new Starfury, of course both spirtes are fine (even though i prefer the old one because of the purple tint) but before 1.2 it was the only sword that dealt magic damage, and it was the easiest magic weapon to obtain pre-boss. Now it's just an item you put in your stash until you can get the Zenith.
If i could change one thing about Terraria it would be that item. Revert its switch to melee, take it out of the Zenith tree and turn it into a material for the Sky Fracture
i played the oldest version of the game with the bonny boss and all that i played the game when the hardest boss was the golem and the older versions look nice yeah but its glow ups for sure
