thanks for the great video of the races as I am lucky enough to ride my brothers
Xr1200 more than he does! what a hand full the stock issue is! If it was my bike the
first part I would change would be to pull that front in with the triple trees and the longer shocks! As you could see how much body english is required to turn them Despite there short falls they best handling H/D made

I've watch these a couple times the past couple weeks; great racing! The video quality is exceptional although I keep thinking that you set up a video camera in front of your TV and filmed it. Is that how you recorded these?
    Anyway, thanks!

Do I have to remind all that they are running the same exact engines as the showroom models for sale were running? But everyone says they're junk Harleys and don't buy them and this and that and so now you can't buy them brand new. But the sales of used XR 1200 Harleys have gone up in the prices are going up are considered one of the best Harley's ever made

Top speed for these bikes is around 140, but these tracks are so short and full of curves I wouldn't think they really go over 110 much except over the longer straights.

Awesome video, thanks. Need to buy one. Parts shouldn't be a problem? Beautiful bikes...always loved the XR 750.

4:24 ... watching those guys chasing each other while hammering the throttles and shifting gears with one hand on the forks was a fantastic sight. Can't say I've ever seen that before.

The XR1200 was an overweight pig, heavy even for a Sportster. The styling cues were all wrong for a street tracker and Harley wasted too much money on stuff no one cared about like the fussy aluminum swingarm, downdraft injection, and ridiculous tailsection. It was ugly and 150lbs too heavy for what it was.

I did'nt know there was an XR1200 series in the UK or was it the British round of a European series does any body out there know?
