Are you from India or foreign... Because in foreign culture not bring married even late in life is very common... So it's more of cultural problem and lack of regard for marriage than planetary problems in birth chart

My seventh lord is placed in taurus in the nakshatra of moon in my D1 chart. I am a pisces ascendant as well as having moon and ascendant in revathi 3rd pada. My seventh lord is mercury and having rahu there. In my D9 chart, mercury is placed in taurus in the nakshatra of moon. My ascendant and moon are in aquarius in the D9 chart. I am still single and happy to have been that way.
