Two .22 rifles from an old Italian man when I was about 11-12. Made it home and back with cash before mom caught on and put a halt to my purchase.
I love garage sales. A few years ago I found a guy unloading his silver stack at a garage sale. I bought a few things for spot. I wasn’t planning on buying it all. But the guy really wanted to get rid of it. As I was trying to walk away he kept shouting out lower and lower numbers to me. I had to turn around at some point and say OK I’ll take it all! I got about 25 ozt for much less than spot. Which was about $14 at the time.
I liked that camo/ surplus gear one you stopped at, even though it didn't have anything you were looking for it looked like they had some stuff i'd be all over lol.
That shoe shining kit took me back to my rotc days 😂 i love the way that stuff smells
I loved this one! It’s an awesome alternative to the panning, River prospecting, and the regular format. But it’s still a prospecting video, just a different kind lol. Great job Shane, and thanks!
You lasted longer than I could. I enjoy yard/estate sales. Have fun. Cheers!
That glass was worth the whole day
Great fun Shane
Love how you mix up your vids Shane! Nice work👍🏻🏴⛏
Love the yard sale stuff as i live in DE where there's no gold... unless you go beach hunting. Unfortunately where i live yard sales are usually moms getting rid of kids clothes and toys. I love the hunt videos though. Rock on KLesh !
Love the glass, surprised you're not keeping it
In that last estate sale i would have made a reasonable offer for the entire lot in the tray.
Love the Glass!!!
Been busy so missed a few videos mate. Back and enjoying them as normal lol 😂
Very cool! Can't wait to meet you next time you make it to BC!
You should come back to the TN area one yr. They do a 100+ mile long yard sale a couple times a year here
Great hunting fam. Gold squad out!!!
Thanks for the virtual fix for yard sales. May God continue to bless you and your's Amen
Have fun and take care and take it easy and enjoy it
Shane I love yard sales and thrift shop videos.
To identify any item you don't know about use the Google lens application on your phone. It'll do animals, plants, insects, coins, figurines and so on. It'll also live translate any language. Hope this helps
Thanks for sharing this Shane.
Cheers Famo59 👍🍻🤓⛏
Enjoyed watching your video
After the 18k on the ring is a faint HGE, for heavy gold electroplate. I have seen a similarly marked plated ring.
Shane, you should have bargained for that old Wagner dutch oven. THAT was worth some money. Thanks for taking us yard saling!
Looking forward to that auction..😉
nice video wish u would have found urself some Gold. How much did you end up selling the Gold Strike glass with your Goldstrike paydirt?
nice run ;) great stuff ;)
Wow take a look at the size of that Ammonite on the shelf from Ammonite Creek !!
Looking forward to send you our samples for an assay. Nice Videos
WOW $172 so far. Well done👍😀👍❤
Blesses everyone happy Friday too all around the world 🌎
My son and I used to subscribe to terapeak on eBay it would show items up to 2-3 years back in sales if I remember correctly and we would use that for “picking” Craigslist and yard sales then resell them on eBay for nice profits our Best Buy was a 50th anniversary Gibson electric guitar with original case and sales receipt, tags still attached to the guitar. we paid $350 for it. When we met the guy in Sedona az and asked him where he got it he said from his dad he said he used to have the matching amp but his dad sold it and it made him mad so he said he killed him.....😳 I chuckled and asked how his mom liked that and he said (with the same straight face) she didn’t , so I killed her to... we gave him his money and hauled a.. out of there and later sold it on eBay for $750 to a guy overseas who was more than happy to pay shipping and customs thanks for sharing see you on the next one👍🏻👊🏻
I like your videos I wish we could find gold in Kentucky
Ebay is your buddy to find similar prices to them figurines
I like watching these but what a bummer day
Love me some yard sales. I started accumulating to much stuff so I had to stop going. Only 2-3 this summer 😂👌👊
Dang 115 so far great stuff Sir.
Sweet Submariner!
Got those pin cameras
Old wire frame eye glasses are some times gold, I saw you skip over the old glasses cases and thought I'd mention it. They are usually marked on the arms.
I've never seen solid gold one, but lots of gold plated ones, yes. Very common actually.
Dam i’m a few months late On bidding on that cup LOL never panned gold before but I think I’m gonna buy myself a kit and give it a shot for something to do when I’m not flipping pizza
I went to check the cup and wow I was hoping i atleast had a chance at trying to get it.
Yard sale hunting can be fun. But after a day of no finds it gets to be frustrating.
The should make that a web app too, for people who don't use phones. A PC is way better than a phone, I can't drive and look at tiny screen at the same time lol
NICE OVER A HUNDRED DOLLARS BID SO FAR...
By chance do you have any tutorial videos on seting up and using metal detectors?? I just bought one and was wondering!! Ty very much
I do for the Minelab Equinox 800, SDC2300 and Excalibur 2. A few greet videos too
do you find/buy many guitars?i gat a 2001 les paul standard a few years ago for $1600 aud in really good nick, not at a yard sale but on gumtree...absolute bargain. old guitars are cool....
Klesh, you making guitars again yet?
How can you even find 12 yard sales, thats crazy. Do you live in hoarder-county? :)
Should have snagged that dutch oven go back and make them a offer
That one garage is pretty “weighty” 😂
Klesh, dying to know what guitar that black one is. It looks like my Jackson Rhoads EX from the 90's.
I didn’t see in this end description how much gold is guaranteed in the gold strike bag
Already at $172.50 plus shipping....wow
I sense crusty rusty shaking at 11.58 lol
Nice
At this point i think i need a 42%er patch 🤣
I like the idea of yardsales, but I always feel so awkward when I show up and there isnt anyone else there, especially when its the "estate sales" inside peoples houses.
You drive a Tacoma? I have a 21 TRD Offroad. Great video. Thanks.
2019 off road leather and tech package - upgraded gearing to 5.29's, new (toytech) suspension lift - it's a great vehicle!
@@Klesh gonna lift mine, and build and "overlander". It will be my Prospector.
Ceramic objects not so different from jewelry. First you got to identify the material. One of those European pieces, a couple of people on it, looked like Meissen porcelain to me. Probably a copy. Non porcelain can also be valuable, but it's wise to just buy pieces that appeal to you rather than for perceived value. The originals rarely look in good condition. One example of a popular collecting item is Staffordshire pottery Toby Jugs, typically jolly look to them.
Oriental ceramics are much harder to judge, most of it is copied rather than even 18th century. The mark on the bottom is really easy to fake, and was often done on say 18th century pieces to make them look like "genuine" Ming that was much earlier.
The repro to original rate is about 3000 to 1 and going up daily.
Let’s gooooooo!!!!!!
Hi Shane,on Android phones their is a lens function which you can use to take a picture of anything, then it matches it online with the same or similar.
Might help with pricing items you ate unfamiliar with 👍
And your already up to $110.50!!!!
Cool video I liked it I even got tired of following you around do some more
How can i speak with you? Ive got two maps from the 80s with x marks the spot on them up by ned.
@@Klesh Ya well one map the other is hand written info from this old cat in estes, he was told this area as a kid. Hes like 80yrs old now. Anyway i am a rookie ive got two pans hand tools but nothing else. Would you be interested in a treasure hunt? Oh i forgot the old guy said he told me if you dont get 6 oz a day your doing something wrong. I laughed but that could have been 70 yrs ago???
It's not even Krusty or Rusty!

I find gold in my area but its couple flakes here n there non concentrated glacial marain gold n im trying to.get my kids into panning instead of the ipads n playstations but its hard to keep them interested when the gold is hard to come by.. let me know how to.purchuse cuz i think theyd really be intrigued by a paydirt bag.... im not good at navigating online so if you could help me out id gladly put some money away to buy a bag for them.. thanks for great videos my kids love them.. good luck on yur adventures brother

Texas drivers are some of the friendliest, when you're not in the cities. Everyone miraculously gets entitled when they live in a city.
Have fun and take care and take it easy and enjoy it
What's your best Yard Sale find?
Rks black sun guitar with case and woven cord. $1500 guitar, $200 case, and $50 cord all for $200! Unfortunately the cord broke but that's no biggie.
I got a fossil watch for $10. That was about 15 years ago and I still use it.
1981 fender lead1
An original Emperor "Wrath of the Tyrant" demo cassette, kinda sad I sold it again (for a very nice profit) when I was strapped for cash a long while back but that was amazing. I've also found some awesome surplus gear over the years, original/ old WWII surplus decent condition gas masks go for a lot of money now.
An old rolex. no coins. a lot of silver, jewelry with real gems.
