My favorite thing about Tom’s channel is how he knows what he likes and sticks with it
I agree! Also, I get a kick out of how the auto-cc transcribe Tom's "Bam!" greeting differently (and wrong) every time. 😅
@@AWest-en5ee Obama everyone!
It's even better that what he likes isn't necessarily what he's good at, something something lead not read.
My favorite thing about Tom's channel is Tom. He is a rad lad
At some point, the dice games, deck building games and city builder games are just going to coalance into one ultimate Tom game.
Dice Cards City, a game where you play cards to roll some dice that tell you what kind of building you make for your city. And then some of the buildings also generate cards and dice.
It has a pixel art style
Needs to also be a roguelike with pixel graphics
It also needs vampire survivors in there
@@nathankurtz8045 The city is both mobile and touring through a dungeon to face monsters. Somehow.
Tom plays a Mini City Builder is an instant click for me.
Tom not noticing upmarket houses already have community killed me
One of these days they should put Tom in charge of a real city. He clearly has enough experience for it.
That mixup in the second-to-last level was pretty neat, and those Community conversion cards really made a huge difference. What a neat little demo!
It feels like you have an infinite supply of these kind of niche games and its so good
12:49 - only the finest, best dirt made here. With 30 herbs and spices.
The Fuku Shitu Dirt?
I had a really shit night tonight and your video made me smile. Thanks for all the amazing content over the years!
PS. I tried to give back some support but I’m overseas right now and youtube won’t let me due to currency conversion, but I’ll do it once I get back!
Man I really loved the music in this! I mean habam! And hawelcome!
Can't wait to see more of this once it comes out!
Love all the little games you show off on your channel Tom! I've wishlisted and bought so many that you feature but I would appreciate if you put a link to them in the description though.
Also, have you tried out Guild Of Dungeoneering? I feel like it'd be up your alley, rogue lite card building dungeon crawler where you build the dungeon.
WOOOOO!
It's a game with a wheel!
BAM
*Bam!*
Oh.. I'm down with this! I'm SO down with this, that I'm ready to take this down to downtown! Deal with that! That's right, I'm down with dealers.. I'm down with downtown dealers! And I'm especially down with Tom playing Downtown Dealers downtown with other dealers.. Yeah!
Great video as always.
luv u tom
A city building puzzle game with cards and/or dice? And it's in early access?
So could it be called "Slay The Downtown" or something considering how you build a deck and progress up routes... culminating into a final boss of sorts...
Daily reminder that Tom is an amazing person and to thank him for all he has done/will do - Day 1305
Oh hell ye, more deckbuilding town builders with Tom, FANTASTIC TIME :D Plus, the fact that this is a puzzle game too adds that extra spice :D
This game is really sweet, and I do agree with Tom that, I can't wait to see more and see the full game once released :D
Reminds me alot of Carboard Town myself this game does, I wonder if anyone else gets that vibe
who will be the one to consolidate the card based city builder market
Am I missing something or is there a reason Tom keeps putting parks in the middle of nothing instead of next to houses they will buff? The card says it adds to adjacent houses, and says nothing about the buff not being stackable...
The "buff" seems to be more like a characteristic. I don't think buildings can be "Double Community". So he's putting them in spaces where they can buff houses he's going to build in the future! And the "1 Approval" is just the park's own production. What doesn't make sense to me is why he keeps putting Upmarket Houses next to parks when they already have Community!
It's for potential future proofing and more expansion. Or at least that's my logic I will stick to
Why are there so many new indie games that would be perfect on mobile but are only on PC?
I really thought it was going to be about drug dealing.
Where's Tracy island!?
