    Do they have lockers for your things while you're in the water? If yes, is there a key on a safety pin that you attach to swimsuit or what was it like if you don't want to leave your things on a chair unattended?

    it will be my first time visiting aquatica, what do u recommend about Cabanas? looking at the map, my 5 year old will probably want to stay near Walkabout waters

    • @WanderingMirandas
      @WanderingMirandas  Před 2 lety +1

      Honestly, I think the cabanas are overpriced but I can see why some people would enjoy the convenience. If you can get their early enough you can easily claim some chairs near Whanau Waters. That is definitely the most appealing area for little ones. There is a small pool behind Kata's Kookabura Cove that is usually pretty calm and quiet compared to the rest of the park. Since it is tucked away you can often find seats back there even if other sections are filled up. Whanau Waters tends to be really busy so its not really a pool where you can watch your little one from the sidelines...you can get away with that more near Kata's Kookabura. If you decide to go the Cabana route you can usually purchase the day you get there and they don't really change the rates much compared to online. Have a great time!

    I’m planning our first trip to San Antonio this summer. Appreciate your videos! Very helpful. Can you tell me what the raft/tube situation is like at Aquatica? We’ve been to places where you have to walk uphill carrying a heavy water logged raft for the ride/slide and other places that have the raft/tube ready at the top for you to just climb into. Do you know how it is at Aquatica? My kids are tall enough for everything.

    • @WanderingMirandas
      @WanderingMirandas  Před 2 lety +1

      Hi! Most of the rides that use tubes require you to carry them up but there are a few tube rides where they are brought up on a conveyor belt. The ones that you don't have to carry are the big heavy ones. Thanks for the compliment on the videos. Have a great trip!

    I have a question about the all day dining sea world and aquatica. Can it be used one day for each park? I am planning to get the 2 day park tickets.

    • @umtheelementofconfusion
      @umtheelementofconfusion Před 2 lety +3

      you can't split it for two days, if you get it you have to use it for the day you purchase it. If you get the all day dining for seaworld and aquatica you can use it at both parks for the same day. if you only get it for seaworld then you cant use it at aquatica. seeing as how your getting 2day tickets you would have to purchase it twice. hope that helps :) I go to seaworld a lot lol

    This video needs more likes!!!!! I have a question, can I bring food to the park? I would rather bring my own food than buying!

    • @WanderingMirandas
      @WanderingMirandas  Před 2 lety +1

      Thank you so much Ella! They won't let you bring a cooler in but they generally don't say anything about a couple of snacks for kids. Definitely bring a water bottle though, that will save you a lot of money! The food options aren't great in Aquatica. I would eat breakfast before you go in and then try to get something you can share for lunch. Have a great visit :)

    I will be in san antonio for seaworld and aquatica. It will be 2 separate days. I purchase the ticket for all day all you can eat for both park what do you think? Since you are saying it will be crowded and food choice is limited

      If you are going on the weekend it will be crowded but weekdays aren't terrible. I like the dining plan when I am spending a full day at Sea World. I don't love the dining plan in Aquatica, the choices are limited in Aquatica. It's nice to feel like your not constantly paying for stuff though. Have a great trip :)

      @@tashiraburton I 100% think you should do both parks. Most of the lines aren’t that bad for rides and same with food. Even during the summer if you go early enough then you should be able to do everything you wanna do ! My recommendation is that you should go to aquatica first then go to the main park.
