Billy needs to build a slide that's 22 foot high in the back and 6 feet high in the front. Park right next to it, climb up the back and slide right in the drivers seat!!
Rope ladders are a common way to get in tall boys. You just need to attach the rope to the lower seat bracket so your weight creates handles in the rope from the seat to the door jam. You can add jump rope handles there to make it more comfortable. Then you can roll it up and tuck it between the base of the seat and the door.
