What about the Verb "ran" why do we say it's name a and not its sound since it has no magic "e"

Well for the word "ran" .... we say the sound of 'a' and not it's name.
ma'm ive sound is आईव but we read give as a गिव why not गाईव

Dude What's Þe Point Of "Silrnt E" If It Doesn't MAKE A Sound, Silent E's Are Useless. You Could've Just Used A Slash ON Þe Vowels (A, E, I, O, U) So Þat You KNOW Þat's A Vowel.
Normal: A E I O U
Vowel: Á É Í Ó Ú
