It is a very popular dining spot in the world showcase - but do we think it's worth it? We'll give you an overview of the restaurant, what we ate, and rate it on a scale of 1 to 10 to help you decide. We'll show you what we ordered and give our honest opinions on this EPCOT restaurant so you know if it's worth it or not.

Hey Meg and Greg, your review of Le Cellier has me seriously craving some delicious food! 😋 It's great to hear your honest opinions on the restaurant and its offerings. The shrimp looked amazing, and I can't believe you gave the mushroom bisque a 1! 😮 I've never tried mushroom bisque, but now I'm curious (though I might ask for less salt if I do try it). Pretzel Bread Pudding sounds like a must-try, and I love Greg's philosophy of trying something different every time. Poutine is one of my favorites too, but you're right, it can be a hit or miss in some places. I'll definitely take your recommendation and explore the snacks around the park on my next visit. The shrimp looks great. Wow! A 1 on the mushroom bisque! 😮 Off subject: I made a really good pumpkin bisque for Thanksgiving last year. It's going to be a tradition moving forward. I've never tried a mushroom bisque that I can recall, though.

I really admire Greg's approach to dining. Never order the same thing twice. I should try that more often. As much as I fear complacency in any aspect of my life, I do tend to order the same things over and over whenever I revisit a restaurant. I now just let Ginger pick 2 things she wants and we share both plates, but I think it's better to have the mindset of trying something different every time.
We love poutine! Amazing how badly it gets botched by certain theme parks. *cough* (Universal) *cough*
I'll take your recommendation and stick with snacking around the park.
Yes!! You definitely need the green light on Disney passes, sooo many great food locations to not want to miss out on LOL! Yes Greg is American actually, he’s from Ohio! 😊 that pumpkin bisque sounds amazing!! I’m all about the pumpkin.
Yes, hold the salt on the mushroom bisque LOL! The pretzel bread pudding was incredible though. Greg is smart with his choices and always gets to try new things, I always stick to what I know I love and will enjoy. He gets a lot of happy surprises, but sometimes his adventurous palate has led him astray 🤣 thanks so much for watching!! we really appreciate it. Hope you get those Disney passes!! 🎉🎉
Hi Meg & Greg. Wow ! It's so wonderful place. It's a restaurant with a very nice atmosphere. Mushroom bisque looks very tasty, but it is very salty which is not good for health 😅

Hey Meg and Greg I'm really pleased you've reviewed this restaurant, I love a good steak but had watched mixed reviews when I last visited Orlando. It is also great to hear from you how authentic (or not) the restaurant and its menu is. Sounds like they over salt their food a little. I am so pleased you enjoyed your steaks, so may venture there on our next trip. But like you say there are so many other options, so we shall see!!

Epcot looks so different from when I visited when younger with family 26 years ago! Love you can choose Mexico or Canada! Really does look like you are sat in a cozy cellar, looks lovely, some one has been heavy handed with the salt when making the bisque 🤣 it all looks delicious! We love your restaurant visits and food reviews, so well done but now our tummy’s are rumbling again! Mmm pretzel bread pudding sounds gorgeous! Like Greg’s idea of not ordering things twice! I completely agree with you on if you are vacationing at Disney and only have a limited time at Epcot definitely do the festival booths. Le Cellier for us is a special occasion type restaurant as we try to do an anniversary dinner or a birthday type dinner here. We always get steaks because we think they do them very well here. We have eaten at Le Cellier twice and they have both been for our anniversary (this year we had to go a different route because they had no reservations at Le Cellier 😢). Loved your review and learned things I did not know before. It’s so neat how they have representations of different provenances in Canada 😊.
Yes! If I lived in the area I could totally see myself going back, but my favorite part about Epcot is eating around the world lol so it’s hard to fill up on something else and miss out on that haha! Awe so sad you weren’t able to get reservations for Le Cellier, that part must be tough as a local when you just want to pop in to the parks for a night out/dinner, thanks so much for watching you guys! We really appreciate it! 😊😊
We've had some great meals here and some not so great meals here. We found Shula's over at The Dolphin to be the top steakhouse dining experience! And the prices are comparable too! Great video as always! 😊

Another great restaurant on our want to try list. We were hoping someone would try the poutine 😁😁. Appreciate the honest review! It's also so hard to justify a sit down restaurant while at a park for us because it's a big time commitment, there's always so much we want to see and do. Good to know there are better options just walking around the showcase.

Canada’s pavilion is one of my favorites! 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦Le Cellier gardens are so pretty. Reminds me of the Butchart Gardens. The ambiance is just beautiful - inside and out!!! 💐🌳💐🌳💐The food is scrumptious! Their filet mignon - 👌🏼!!!🥩😋 The drinks are delicious! I remember having the blue “glow-tini” 🍸and I still have the little light up cube.😂 A fave for sure, Sunshine.☀️☀️☀️

As usual, it is always nice to see you and what you are doing. The food here looks delicious and the ambience appears to be quite pleasant. Both appear to be upscale and consistent with a fine dining experience. I agree with your conclusion. EPCOT has so many options and is so big that we have trouble dedicating the time/calories to a single sit down meal... especially something we can get so easily at home like a steak. I've always heard good things about Le Cellier but it's probably better for locals who pop in and out of the parks vs us who only get to experience it once a year (at best). 👍

Great review! It's been a while since we've been to Le Cellier. We got the charcuterie, signature filet, and the cheese soup last time. Surprising that some of the items were over-salted! So true that there is so much other great food at Epcot! I do love getting the smaller portions of the dishes at Canada during the festivals! 💕

Thanks for a great review of Le Cellier. Sounds like the entrees and steaks were absolutely fabulous. I wouldn't mind trying the bison. Maybe not the mushroom bisque though... I might go to Le Cellier if I'm getting homesick or wanting experience the nice quieter dim lit atmosphere for a break from the busy feeling of the park. Or maybe I'll pick Be Our Guest. This really *was* the place to eat in World Showcase 20+ years ago but with the near permanent festivals and other new restaurants opening it’s fallen behind.
I was really surprised by how salty some of the food was, that’s never a good sign.

Haha, we’re always toughest on our “own” pavilions at Epcot. That is, after all, why we almost always walk right past the American pavilion! 😂 I’ve only ever heard great things about Le Cellier, though. Apart from feeling like you’re dining in a dungeon, the food has always resonated with the Disney crowd. I have to say, the bisque doesn’t sound very good - although I’m not a mushroom fan to begin with - but the shrimp, steak and bison all looked incredible. I can always go for a good poutine, too! Luckily I do not have high blood pressure….yet 👀 Even if you didn’t feel like this experience was a knockout, I’m glad you all gave this place a shot to weigh in from a Canadian POV. Always appreciate the insider’s opinion! Thanks for sharing, guys!

It’s been a long time since I’ve been here! We’re always there during a Festival, so we don’t make dining reservations at Epcot very often!😂

We sat at the exact table as you and we had the other table right next to you. We had kind of a weird reception at the restaurant when we were told the teens in our group couldn't sit alone, even though we were right at the table just right next door. The server came and it wasn't a big deal...
Our server was awesome and we loved the bread service and the appetizers. I think we got both types of poutine and the cheese soup. Everyone ordered a steak and loved it. For us, it was nice to get out of the heat and away from some of the crowds. We would eat there again for those reasons but totally get why you wouldn't return.

Well I would say you are definitely an expert when it comes to the Canada Pavilion! I don’t think I can handle the food being so salty! I would love to try the poutine one day though! I did enjoy the cheddar soup at Food and wine, so I think that’s my next recipe to make! Thank you for sharing Meg!

yes, that will also be the first thing that we will notice, the dim lighting, and the ceiling and architecture which looks like a cozy cellar. wow, such attention to details, those little fixtures and decors representing a piece of Canada. we haven't tried Poutine, hopefully one day. Among the Canadian beers on stock, we would try Moosehead, Molson Canadian as it is light. wow, even each bread that was served has some significance in relation to Canada. We normally don't order an appetizer too in most Restaurants that we go to, we go directly to the main dish. we used to like salty foods but now that we're older, we've successfully cut back on salt. so that mushroom bisque, when they said it's very salty, we would not even taste that.😀😀 your New York strip, and Greg's Bison strip loin, Tamara's Filet Mignon, and Sydnie's poutine and the sides, looks delicious. My mouth is watering watching you guys eat. But basing on your recommendations, we will not go there. thank you for this very honest review.
Cozy area to dine in for sure! I’m not a fan of poutine personally (I’m a terrible Canadian😂) but people love it, and if you are a fan of fries and gravy then I strongly recommend to try it! The steaks were all sooo good! Just not the bisque haha! However as much as our meals were great, we love enjoying all of the smaller food kiosks around the world showcase in Epcot instead. Hey guys looks like you've found another great restaurant to eat in. Love the set up inside. Looks lovely. Great menue. It’s really an authentic Canadian restaurant! I like how the food represents the provinces. I never tried the pretzel bread pudding. That’s really an honest review . I Can’t blame you if you don’t want to go back . To fully enjoy the experience of course if you’re in Epcot , try other cuisine. Have a great week ahead!

As a Canadian... I've also never tried Le Cellier before! haha. Love the symbolism behind the different types of bread. I've had a few dishes at Disney that have been overly salty... I wonder who's controlling the salt lol. That pretzel bread pudding looked great! Not sure that I would book a meal here... I really love just dining around the pavilions at Epcot, like you say!
