    I developed tendonitis working as a medical assembly technician. Doing these stretches and exercises really show me how injured my right wrist became. But does not hurt me and I can really feel it opening my chest, shoulders and wrists. Reconnecting and helping to get rid of that tightness from working the same way for years. I wish they would teach these things at the facility I worked at , it could save many people from getting surgeries or irreparable damage I had seen done time and time again. It means a lot to me to gain back the motion of my wrist and fingers , not only because they help me do everything but because my mother and other family members I have are deaf and I speak sign language. Needless to say I'm very thankful for the videos you made ! And I'm glad I found them !

    Do you have a video available for elbows? For things like tennis elbow or golfers elbow? These can be long lasting and painful conditions and your other videos are very helpful, so I'm sure a video on elbows would also be very effective.

    Thank you Jessica! Perfect timing! My daughter is a student in architecture and from intense drawing she has pain to the left wrist of her dominant hand. Do you think this set of exercises might help her? Or beter wait until there is no pain and then do these exercises. Thank you once again.

      I would first follow doctor's orders. I often times have my clients do these exercises even if they are having pain but I never want the exercises to make the pain worse!

    Jessica, I have a problem with my hands going numb when I sleep. They wake me up and take a long time to stop being numb. I sleep on my sides, but even when on my back they will go numb. I feel it is more a nerve issue than a bloodflow issue. This started a few months back when I got a new job that requires repetitive use of arms to move/carry clothing on hangers, as well as taking clothes off of hangers and putting clothes on hangers. I have been doing similar stretches to this video from a book called "The Permanent Pain Cure" by Ming Chew, P.T. and I still have the problem nightly. I am open to suggestions! Is my back weak and my arms doing too much work? Do I need back strengthening exercises? Do I need to strengthen arm muscles that already seem over worked?

    Are there any of these exercises that I should avoid or modify for my joint hypermobility? Currently struggling with all fours and looking to strengthen my wrists which looks like my shoulders as well too in order to increase my endurance with those exercises.
