FAQ
What is the date of the next update?
We don't set exact dates for our updates, we usually estimate which month the next one will be which you can see at www.landfall.se/earlyaccess
The reasons we don't do estimations are that we as a studio try not to crunch, this means no hard deadlines. The other reason is that we want the updates to be as bug-free as possible if we find a fatal bug we want to wait with the update until it has been solved.

Will you port the game to consoles?
Yes! The plan is to port the game to consoles as soon as it’s out of early access!
Why isn’t a certain unit in the game?
The game has changed a lot during development, some units from the alphas and units you’ve seen on youtube may not be in the game, we will release a list of units for each update so that you can see what we’ve added. Some units will later be added as misc and others we hope that you can make your own version of in the unit creator.
Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?
We have most of the base-game finished already and aim to have frequent updates with content and features. We don’t have a totally accurate prediction of how long we will be in Early Access as we have learned that much can change along the way, but the current state of the game makes us confident that we should be able to go full release within a year.
The game crashes on launch/Content file locked
For Crashes on startup, please try the following things:
- Make an exception for the game with your anti-virus, it may be removing game files.
- Verify the integrity of the game files
- Update your graphic drivers
- Run Steam as an administrator
Force DirectX 11 on launch:
Go to your Steam Library.
- Find the game and right-click it, then select "Properties"
- Under the General Tab, click "Set Launch Options" and a dialogue box will appear.
- Type in "-force-d3d11" (without the quotes) and click "OK"
- Close the Properties window.

The Dark Peasant was to OP so they removed it. But I would like if they brought it back as a secret unit.
Just nerfed a little. Like when ut attacks it takes 60 seconds to attack again but its attacks are very powerful. But cheerleaders can’t buff it.
Striver It wasn’t that op .-. plus 60 seconds to attack is kinda a big nerf not to be offensive.

I love that Landfall always surprises us with random updates and trailers at the exact same time of launch, so that we don't have to wait to get our hands on the new update! You guys at Landfall have been working hard for sure, good job on this one. :D
From delaying the game for years, to immediately after finishing the pirate update starting to make Halloween units. You've really got fast at developing the game!
Well they may have developed the pirate and Halloween unit at same time, but yeh their updates are pretty fast.

Jolly Faction
-Candycaner (Unit dressed in green clothes using either a red or blue candy cane as a sword.
-Elf Archer (Fires Jolly Arrows which, when hits two units, ties them together in Christmas lights)
-Gift Thrower (Throws boxes that can crush multiple units)
-Snow Blower (Has an ice machine that slowly freezes units it hits)
-Caroler (Let's out an aura that heals units around it)
-Mrs Claus (Rapid fire form of Elf Archer. Will attempt to walk backwards away from units)
-Santa (Rides a sleigh while throwing gifts at units)
You guys are absolutely killing it with these content updates! I love the direction the game is going with the unit possession and new weapons/characters. Keep up the good work! Can't wait for the unit creator :0

The reason for removing such content could make sense, is to create hype for it again for next halloween. However don't worry, the developers said on steam they will keep it.

OMG, this is one of the coolest factions of the game. A cool halloween secret unit would be the headless horse rider, with a flaming horse that would leave fire trails were he walks.

hey, i'm not landfall but i think i can answer that ... well probably not because all misc units left the game (example: M16, Hillary, Trump, Boxer) or went to other factions (examples: Farmer, Barbarian).

My ideas fir secret units are:
1.Jack'O'Lantern:He shoots things like Candlehead but orange.He also breathes fire when the enemy approaches him.His head is replaced with a pumpkin.
2.Werewolf:He run into enemies,bites them,and turns some of them into Werewolves.
3.Giant Spider:He shoots a spider web that slows down enemies,then he bites with his poisonous fangs.
4.Ghost:He is immune to enemies until he attacks them.He also haunts them.

I love this game and all of the hard work you guys put into it. The game is fun and it has amazing graphics.
I don't know if you guys take suggestions or not, but I have some ideas for the game (unless yall already have these ideas)
.Add A western faction. It should come with a cowboy (on a horse and they use lassos, and they can tie the enemy and make them slide on the ground until they die), Bandit (comes with a revolver), Gunslinger (Comes with dual revolvers and has an awesome look), Wagon (Comes with two horses and a rider), and more (because I can't think of anything else)
.Add a new map called "The wild west"
.Add a new secret unit found in the Asian map called "Samurai Pug". The Samurai pug is a human-like pug in samurai armor with 2 swords. The samurai pug is pretty much like the samurai, but can block things easier. Depending on the team they are on, their armor will be that color. This is unit is weird, but that is what this game is, weird fun.
.Add a new unit named "Odin". Odin will ride on his 8 legged horse, Sleipnir, he will have his spear that "Never misses", and he will have a small, circular shield.
